Personal Workflow. If your work is creative, is establishing a workflow necessary? Or do you just get in the zone as soon your bum hits your work chair?What's your process? In Michael's second episode, he talked about the point when he realized that even creative projects need a reliable process because relying on motivation alone isn't enough. It's not sustainable. When he started to work in Podcastmate, he hasn't yet established his own process and rituals that will help him get in the zone on a daily basis. The pure enjoyment of creating was enough to sustain him, or so he thought.Until he had a life-changing virtual meeting that completely shifted his perspective.Workflows don't have to be perfect.
