Description
Knowing that the personal lives of monks are often not what the average person expects them to be we have decided to start this podcast. Drawing from the idea of the cloister, we have decided to put a few cracks in these walls of separation and expose a little about ourselves. The main hosts of this podcast are both Benedictine monks and these episodes are just a random collection of our thoughts, ideas, and funny random things we do in our daily lives. Music, Movies, Religion, and many more things will be talked about in these conversations between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 24: Sometime you need to crash a plane for YouTube Views
In this episode, Br. Will and Fr. Demetrius discuss the importance of combative sports to the development of a strong mental character. In these, one v. one, sports students and adults learn to be self-reliant and to accept their own errors. If you lose, it is because YOU lost, and if you win, it is because YOU won. Team sports are great, but BJJ, Judo, Boxing, and other like-minded sports also have an important role to play. We also might touch on the whole bud light issue.
