Last weekend insideTALK attended the NHS Hack Day in Liverpool.  In Part 1 of a series of conversations, Carl Reynolds, Doctor and Geek, from Open Health Care UK, talks about setting up NHS Hack Day earlier in 2012, and what he hopes to achieve at the second hack day in Liverpool.
