Managing partner of Gallup in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Pa Sinyan, recommends leaders to get coaching in how to communicate into your team. Pa Sinyan tell us, that only 1 out of 2 employees in Denmark know, what is expected of them every day.
Gallups managing partner in of Europe, Middle East and Africa, tell us, that in Denmark 60% of employees don't feel, that someone encourage their development. A similar number does not feel, that they have the opportunity to learn and grow.
Managing partner of Gallup in Europe, Middle East and Africa discuss the potentialt for danish leaders, for danish employees and for the danish society, if we can raise engagement by just 10% and decrease the number of actively disengaged employees by just 5%.
