Jesus tells us that we are to worship God in "Spirit and Truth". But how do we learn to say no to our sinful desires of the flesh, and yes to the leading of the spirit of God? Today's message is our last foundation-building discussion ahead of our look at specific spiritual practices that are designed to starve the flesh and feed the spirit.
