It's been a few weeks since the last episode.Cam discusses his Dad's passing and what it meant to give him a good send offMikki is in the last two weeks of her Mondays Matter program and is working to put together a continuation program for her members and also a new group coaching program to fit somewhere in between her Mondays Program and her Master your Metabolism program. Sometimes it's hard to get motivated to do the work. Sometimes because it's Monday, some times just because.Cam and Mikki discuss how doing the work is sometime what's required first before you can start enjoying the work. It's apparent that the most successful people out there are those that do the work consistently regardless of how they feel and how they are motivated. A week back in country has at least seen some great weather. This pod episode is remote over Zoom but we are looking forward to getting back in touch in person next week, hopefully at a brewery.Business wise, Mikki is getting a head start on her next big program and Cam is feeling the pressure (in a good way) of is smaller sized coaching group and has his next session tomorrow. Cam's focusing on promoting his next webinar designed to help coaches integrate this new wave of AI technology into their businesses. And not just the obvious things around AI generated training plans and analysis but also making everyday tasks faster and easier to complete. If you are a coach please register for the webinar here https://trainingtilt.com/leveraging-the-power-of-ai-for-coachesIf you want to learn more about Cam and Mikki and their businesses you can go to https://mikkiwilliden.com or https://trainingtilt.comCreators & Guests

Mikki has been in Florida for fitness conference, catching up with James Mikki's co-founder from The Keto Food Co. Cam's been on vacation in Hawaii for 11 days and they've now caught up in Austin Texas for some collaboration, co-working, co-living and plenty of breweries.Cam's UpdateWhile in Hawaii Cam experimented with AI inside the Training Tilt platform. He created a video showing his work here on the Training Tilt blog. The experimental tools can generate Zwift workouts and some basic training plans for now.Cam is brainstorming tools to integrate into Training Tilt. One idea is AI Summaries/Reports to help coaches with their in person reviews with their clients Cam's latest perspective on AI in the coaching industry is that AI won’t replace coaches but coaches who adopt AI will replace coaches who don’t. Cam started his new smaller coaching group and had a good first session and has more confidence it's worth spending the extra money. Mikki's UpdateMondays Matter was a much slower campaign this time aroundHigher commitment lead magnet workshops, they were great but had lower numbers than previous campaigns but the people were likely more committed. Is May just quieter with New Zealand winter?Master your Metabolism going well and loving the extra accountability Jillfit next few days in AustinQuote for the episodeSuccess is failing over and over without any loss of enthusiasmIf you want to learn more about Cam and Mikki and their businesses you can go to https://mikkiwilliden.com or https://trainingtilt.comCreators & Guests

This week we are at Browns Bay Brewing Company for a bit of craft beer tasting and business updates!Cam's putting the final touches on his new endurance calculators that any coach can embed on their website. Cam admits he's procrastinating getting it over the line and he often gets to 80% of a project and starts to lose interest. He needs to push through and get this over the line and out into the wild to see if it works as a channel for getting more potential new coaches to the website. Mikki is busy busy writing lots of content for her mentorship program and also in parallel getting everything ready for Mondays Matter in May.It's not long before Cam heads of to Hawaii for two weeks holiday before meeting up with Mikki in Austin.Cam's business coaching group have created a new fast track program to capture people that haven't quite managed to graduate to the next level of the coaching group and Cam is considering joining the new program. It's a lot more expensive but will be with a much smaller group of maximum of 12 peeps with weekly calls so could end up being good value. As it happens it also includes an in person event in Boston that is just a day after Cam and Mikki end their Texas trip and Cam hasn't booked his flight home yet. Could be a sign as things fall into place. If you want to learn more about Cam and Mikki and their businesses you can go to https://mikkiwilliden.com or https://trainingtilt.comCreators & Guests

This week Cam and Mikki debate how healthy it is to run long distances as we age. Cam digs a bit deeper into AI and discusses some new ideas about whether narrow or broad AI models are better.Mikki has started her brand new intensive nutrition program called Master Your Metabolism and has a small group of committed clients getting started on some brand new material.Cam is building a set of endurance calculators that any coach can embed on their website for their clients to use instead of having to send them to other websites to calculate important endurance sport metrics and values like training zones, race predictions, etc. Cam has a difficult experience with an athlete on the Training Tilt but is getting much better at compartmentalizing when this happensIf you want to learn more about Cam and Mikki and their businesses you can go to https://mikkiwilliden.com or https://trainingtilt.comCreators & Guests

Mikki calls in from just outside Denver Colorado from a good craft beer spot. Her planned walk to the venue was foiled by minus 10 degree centigrade weather.Cam seems to have lost a week to black hole and hasn't made progress since the last podcast. He has been able to refocus his marketing efforts though based on a great business call with his coaching group. The head coach Dan Martell was on the call and did a great job of distilling down what's required based on different metrics of your business. We have a discussion about lead generation and lead nurturing and how important it is to nurture potential new customers so they begin to know, like and trust you instead of trying to sell things to people when you are still a stranger.Cam points out that marketing is not the same as advertising which is a common misconception. He wrote a blog to cover that offhttps://trainingtilt.com/marketing-is-not-advertising
