As for wealthy people, the Bible provides examples of godly men [e.g. Abraham, David and Job] to whom God entrusted significant wealth who were still faithful stewards of God’s resources.
All of us are accountable to God as how we manage money and material things regardless of the amounts that God has entrusted to us.
“Everyone who has” means for everyone who has been a faithful steward, managing money God’s way, God will entrust with more.
Each one of us is individually accountable to God in managing the money that God has entrusted to us, regardless of how much other people have.
As God’s workmanship, we must acknowledge in our heart and mind that God gave us all of our natural abilities including the ability to earn a good income.
You can determine God’s will by learning God’s financial principles and prayerfully asking God for his specific direction.
God requires that we fulfill our stewardship responsibilities – that is – acknowledge in our heart and mind that God owns everything and manage money according to God’s principles and God’s will.
Habitually spend quality time with the Lord in prayer, asking for God’s wisdom in managing money.
