In this episode the owner and COO of 4 the love box dive into the inspiration behind the idea and what the meaning of a customer experience really is. 4thelovebox is an innovative company that takes over client retention and follow-up so that business owners know they are providing value and are able to stay in touch in a meaningful way. On top of that, 4thelovebox provides a handwritten letter and the opportunity for the recipient of the box to write a letter themselves that is then distributed to various places to spread the love, at no cost to the business owner's previous client. We talk about why the client experience is so important and how to increase one's business production by taking care of those that already know, like, and trust you.
In this Episode Ron and Lisa, the owners of Timberridge Fireplace talk about their journey into becoming business owners and what really was the turning point for them. We also talk about the dynamic of running a business as a couple and the benefits that can bring. Timberridge has built their business off of core values that have helped them grow exponentially fast only using word-of-mouth marketing.
In this episode, I get to unpack the CEO of Macuvu's journey to where he is today. In this episode, we discuss the relationship between higher education and entrepreneurship and what it means to have both. We also dive into motivation and what it takes to succeed when starting and growing your own business. Kevin shares with us his top tips for those looking to become an entrepreneur and what to make sure you have with you as you start down the path of self-employment.
In this episode, I interview the owners of Holy Grounds Coffee located in Eagle Mountain Utah. They are a locally owned coffee shop that has something for everyone. They tell me about their journey into entrepreneurship, what it has been like building their business and brand, and what keeps them motivated and passionate about their new business. This was a special episode because I was able to learn that they have an autistic daughter that drives them to give back to the community and support opportunities to give back to the autistic community. With this episode, I have included a link to donate to Autism Community In Action, a fantastic charity devoted to research in helping families grow and learn the differences between having an autistic family member and assistance in getting an autistic child to develop the skills to eventually lead an independent life. https://tacanow.org/ways-to-help/donate/
