Historically, Women of Color host less than 29% of podcasts. Yet we influence all aspects of the industry, from scripting to producing and everything in between. Asian American Podcasters Association (AAP) is a nonprofit organization strengthening and amplifying the voices and podcasts of Asian-American and Pacific Islanders.  In addition to the Facebook group which invites AAPI creatives, producers, hosts and editors to talk shop, share and collaborate, AAP hosts an annual award show called Golden Crane Podcast Awards.   Nominations are now open for the Golden Crane Awards until July 25, 2023.
