🩷 Episode highlights:  💕 Awareness of how the Current Political Climate Affect us: We live in a world that often feels unsafe for women, with misogynistic leaders and systems in place. But don’t let fear stop you from living your life and dating. You can still show up confidently and attract the love you deserve, even in a world that can sometimes feel hostile. 💕 Dating Like a Goddess in a Misogynistic World: Dating in today’s world requires awareness and caution, but it’s still possible to date confidently. The key is to take precautions, set boundaries, and never settle for anything less than respect and love. 💕 Mindset and Values: You need to understand your own values and self-worth. Know what you want in a partner and believe you deserve it. When you know your worth, you will attract a partner who respects and aligns with your values. 💕 Healing and Self-Awareness: Before you can attract the right partner, you need to heal and become aware of past patterns. When I was stuck in a cycle of attracting toxic relationships, it was because I wasn’t honouring my worth. Healing and self-awareness allowed me to stop attracting the wrong partners and make healthier choices. 💕 Setting Boundaries: Clear boundaries are essential when dating. It’s crucial to be able to say "no" when necessary and not let anyone overstep. The right partner will respect your boundaries, and those who don’t aren’t worth your time. 💕 Trust Your Intuition: Trust your intuition above all else. Sometimes, fear can cloud your judgment, but your intuition is a subtle, clear guide that helps you make wise decisions. If something feels off, listen to that inner voice. 💕 Staying in Control of Safety: Take control of your safety when dating. Meet in public places, don’t let them pick you up or walk you home, and use anonymous communication tools like Google Voice to protect your privacy. Your safety is your responsibility, and it’s okay to be cautious. 💕 Observe Actions, Not Words: Words are easy, but actions speak louder. A man who is truly interested will back up his words with consistent actions. Pay attention to what he does, not just what he says. 💕 Self-Respect and Financial Independence: Never rely entirely on a man for financial security. Financial independence is key to maintaining self-respect and avoiding manipulation. Be sure to stand firm in your own independence, whether financially or emotionally. 💕 Have an Exit Plan: Always have an exit strategy when dating, especially in the early stages. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, it’s important to know how to leave the situation gracefully. Trust your instincts and make sure you always have a plan to get out if needed. 💕 Building Confidence and Avoiding Manipulation: Confidence is your best defence against manipulation. By standing firm in your worth and leading with self-respect, you’ll naturally attract people who value you for who you are, not who they want you to be. 💕 The Importance of Self-Discovery: The more you get to know yourself and truly love who you are, the more you’ll be able to attract the partner you deserve. Believe that you are a goddess, and you’ll start attracting a partner who treats you like one. 🩷 Highlights: Quote: "You need to know who you are at your core, and that's the foundation for attracting the right partner." Key Advice: "If he tells you all the right things but doesn’t show consistent actions, he’s not your unicorn." Practical Tip: Always have an exit plan and trust your intuition when meeting new people. Confidence Boost: You are a unicorn and deserve to be treated like one. Only allow yourself a partner who treats you like a queen. No settling. This episode is all about empowering you to navigate the dating world safely, confidently, and on your own terms. By setting boundaries, trusting your intuition, and embracing your self-worth, you can date like a goddess in any environment.     🩷 Useful links: 🩷 Join The Love School (My monthly group coaching program) 🩷 Join my free Facebook group, 👑 Manifest Your King: Learn to date like a Queen 🩷 Book a consult 🩷 Work with me 🩷 Check out my courses 🩷 Heal your attachment style 🩷 Heal your broken heart 🩷 The Feminine Art of Dating 🩷 The Feminine Art of Avoiding Toxic Relationships 🩷 The Feminine Energy Bundle

Key Takeaways: - Consistency Over Flashiness: Ana shares how her husband stood out because of his consistent behaviour, not through "love bombing" or overwhelming gestures. - Self-Realisation and Standards: The importance of recognising one's own value, maintaining high standards, and not lowering them to fit societal norms or pressure from friends and family. - Filtering Friendships: Ana talks about the importance of filtering out toxic friendships and surrounding oneself with people who genuinely support and uplift. - Supportive Relationships: Ana highlights how her husband's supportive and steady approach—such as attending doctor appointments and planning special moments—reflects a healthy and mature relationship. - Community and Accountability: The value of being part of a like-minded community (like the Love School) that supports, encourages, and provides accountability in one’s journey.   Quotes: - "If you want to find an extraordinary man, you need to act like an extraordinary woman." - "Consistency is key. Unlike other men she had dated, he made solid plans, respected her time, and was genuinely interested in building a future together. 2. She worked on her self-esteem, learnt the importance of self-love, and applied the techniques from the courses to improve her mindset and approach to dating. 3. The Importance of High Standards: Ana emphasises not lowering standards to fit in or to please others. She discusses how societal pressure and friends' opinions can often discourage women from wanting more in their relationships. 4. She reflects on how important it is to cut ties with those who do not truly support your growth and happiness. 5. Encouragement for Single Women: Ana encourages single women not to get discouraged by the superficial messages and behaviours they encounter while dating. She assures them that there are still men looking for serious, meaningful relationships.   Useful links: 🩷 Join The Love School (My monthly group coaching program) 🩷 The Art of Creating a Feminine Support System 🩷 Join my free Facebook group, 👑 Manifest Your King: Learn to date like a Queen 🩷 Book a consult 🩷 Work with me 🩷 Check out my courses 🩷 Heal your attachment style 🩷 Heal your broken heart 🩷 The Feminine Art of Dating

In this episode of the podcast, Penny Love and guest Iffy engage in a thought-provoking discussion on the intricacies of relationships, self-worth, and empowerment for women. You will gain insights into the challenges women face in toxic relationships, the impact of societal expectations within a patriarchal system, and how this affects women in relationships. Especially when women get into toxic and abusive relationships and become victims of domestic abuse, but due to the subconscious programming of these women and due to the generational wounds, they will not even be able to see it for themselves, even when pointed out to them. When we become aware, our deepest desire is to help others realise, too, that it's a long road, and every woman is on her journey. It is your responsibility on behalf of these women to lead by example so they will even pay attention and become curious. Then, if they come to you, you can help them. You can also affiliate yourself with an organisation, a charity, or your local council, become a social worker and help create more impact as part of an organisation and a team rather than targeting women and breaking the bad news to them that they're in a toxic relationship. You must prioritise self-care. Host Penny Love highlights the significance of focusing on activities that bring joy and fulfillment, while guest Iffy shares her experiences and efforts to empower women through counseling and support. Together, they explore the complex dynamics of coaching, the influence of generational trauma, and the compelling need for self-worth and assertiveness in relationships. This episode promises to enlighten and inspire, offering valuable lessons on self-leadership and the pursuit of personal empowerment.   Useful Links 🩷 Get my course The Feminine Art Of Avoiding Toxic Relationships 💕 🩷 Join The Love School (My monthly group coaching program) 🩷 Join my free Facebook group, 👑 Manifest Your King: Learn to date like a Queen 🩷 Book a consult 🩷 Work with me 🩷 Check out my courses 🩷 Heal your attachment style 🩷 Heal your broken heart 🩷 The Feminine Art of Dating
