We can begin to love our bodies now, we can begin with learning about what God says about our bodies, and we can begin with gratitude. If you've been feeling the tug to stop giving in to the toxic body culture of hating our bodies and seeing our bodies as not good enough, then this message is for you🫶🏽. There might already be some harmful behaviors you might be already doing, what God’s word says, and what can help you shift from unhealthy patterns.
Regardless of where you find yourself on this journey in aging and however it may look like for you, know that there is no condemnation, but grace, love and an invitation to explore the posture of our hearts. Jesus loves and cherishes you just as you are. God sees beyond our wrinkles and gray hairs as we age, and his word is full of goodness and wisdom to help us navigate the aging journey. I pray this conversation with my friend Violet Solis encourages you and leads you to honest conversations with the Lord about your journey of aging with grace.
Just when you think that God cant possibly have good for you because of your choices, he shows up in the most amazing ways. Your worth, value, and significance in this world do not lie in your accomplishments, your looks, the size of your body, your expensive clothes, your social media likes and followers, your economic status, or your productivity, you are so much more valuable, special, and significant than that. You might not even be fully aware yet that you are in this cycle of constant pursuit of achievements for peace for satisfaction for fulfillment that will never come because only Jesus can give us that the Bible says, and calls it chasing after the wind so listen to this message for somewhere that you might be chasing after the wind winds, that you might not even be aware of, but also find three ways that you can help let the Lord transform your heart in your mind🙏🏽

God shows up in the big moments but also in the small moments. Listen in on my talk with my friend Ruby who shares a part of her story you might relate to. The simple fact that she is standing so strong today with faith is testimony enough of the miraculous power God has. He is still in control and is so good and faithful. It was such a blessing to get to be on the listening end of Mckenzie‘s story in regards to grief and loss, and her experience feeling all the emotions that come when we are facing tragedy and discovering that, even while we doubt even while we’re angry, God is still there with us. I hope that whatever you’re going through, you can also be inspired and encouraged by her story and know that it’s OK to feel the way you feel. God still continues to pursue you and the invitation is just to think about what that looks like for you and what your response can be.

Today I want to talk about a topic that was requested recently, how can we stand strong against the pressures of today’s world
How are we doing with this friend? How often do you find yourself looking to what you can see, right now, and just following the crowd? the patterns of this world? Well what can that look like, my friend suggested some of these pressures but also, when I googled these were some of I found that were common in todays day, and I can relate and agree, how about you? Here are some examples:
-Perfection or the appearance of
-Social media posts that shock for followers, likes
-Productivity, equating busyness to success, exhaustion is a badge of honor
-Accomplishments as worth
-Keeping up with unrealistic beauty standards especially set by celebrities
-Sex, having sex with multiple partners or our partner before marriage
-Gossip-slandering others because we are venting, guilty
-Success, being measured by our career, education and social media likes, feeling like we should have achieved things by now, when we should be ok with our pace
-Drugs to numb, fit in, forget
-Alcohol, same…….for stress etc.
I share how I am working on this and how we can look to Jesus for all the help we need.
In today's episode Caroline shares her story of how God helped her as she broke free from an eating disorder. 🌻Did the way you were spoken to as a child carry over to your adulthood now?
Do you repeat was said to you in times of intensity? Yes and yes..unfortunately, if you relate, know that it can stop now.
I wanted to share what has helped me when I am struggling with negative thoughts and the internal dialogue that is not from our loving Father.
Let’s start speaking God’s word over yourselves friends🙌🏽🙏🏽

I had to speak on this. The more I connect and share my current health issues, the more women empathize with me and share they too are struggling with their hormones, thyroid, stress, depression etc. Have you been gaslighted by Dr's? Have you been ignoring these symptoms?
When God tells you very clearly that it's time to walk away, he makes a way. There were fears I had leaving an MLM, but God in his grace also revealed so much to me, and I learned so much in the process, listen to 3 of my takeaways in this journey and ways you can recover and heal as you detox if you too are going through a similar season. If this is where you find yourself right now, it doesn't have to be an MLM, just an unhealthy space, know this, God is so faithful and he will provide a way out. He will save you, time after time, he is so good, every single time he grows my love and reverence toward him. It is no fun I will admit to go through these experiences, but man, he shows himself as my protector time after time. He is doing the same to you and may you discern the ways in which he is doing so my friend.
🤍 Listen as my friend Voke shares about God’s covering and blessing over her life after multiple losses and the choice she made to worship God in the midst of grief.
