On this episode of the Talking Floorball Podcast we chat with Latvian Men's' national team forward Krišjānis Tiltiņš!Krišjānis talks to us about his experiences growing up in a Floorball mad city and developing into the player he is today. From moving to Finland and then becoming the first ever draft pick in the F-Liiga draft back in 2023 and what that whole process entails. Of course on the road to The World Games in Chengdu, China we also discuss Krišjānis's previous experiences at the 2022 edition in Birmingham. On this episode of the Talking Floorball Podcast we chat with Canadian Women's' national team forward Elise Van Thielen!Elise speaks with us about her journey growing up in Belgium and making the decision to not just play and focus on Floorball but to also represent Canada on the international stage. Elise takes us through her journey, being inspired at a young age by the superstars of Sweden before herself moving up north to play and train in the country that inspired her to play the sport even more. We also speak on her preparations with Canada for The World Games 2025 and what the expectations are for the squad in Chengdu.

Episode 22 of the Talking Floorball Podcast is with U19 World Champion in 2022, Swedish Goalkeeper Maja Lindsjö!Maja talks us through her career starting from youth categories going through the junior levels before eventually reaching the Swedish Women's U19 national team and going on to become Junior World Champion in Katowice, Poland. We also look at the upcoming inaugural 3v3 World Floorball Championships in Lahti, Finland where Maja will represent Team Sweden as they look to add yet another World Championship Trophy to the collection.

Tom is hanging up his whistle and retiring from being a Floorball referee at the end of this season, with the U19 WFC in Lahti being his last tournament.Alongside referee partner Jyrki Sirkka, Tom has been on the top level of domestic and international level for refereeing for several years with the pair being the WFC 2019 final referee pair in Switzerland. Tom speaks with us about his journey through Floorball, starting off in Finland and all his experiences both domestically and internationally.

Having represented the Swiss Women's senior team already in qualifications and at the WFC 2023 in Singapore, Lisa is a vital part of her club side Wizards Bern Burgdorf in the Swiss top division and at 19 years of age is only just getting started.From growing up playing with boys to playing U21 level at only 15 years of age, Lisa speaks on how she became the player she is today and what her "special move" on the field of play would be in certain situations.

The Swiss forward who has been with the Dietlikon team near Zurich for almost her whole career talks us through her journey starting off in the junior leagues and heading into her first U19 and Senior WFC's. We also speak about Andrea's move to the SSL and Malmö before her return to Switzerland.Of course we also chat about THAT game in Neuchâtel during the 2019 WFC in the semi final and the equally crazy final which were almost home bliss for the Swiss. We take a look ahead to Singapore and discuss how team Switzerland are preparing to play in the city they last won their previous World Championship title back in 2005.

The Finnish Goalie who has played her entire career for current Finnish champions TPS from Turku takes us through her early beginnings in floorball and those first moments representing Finland and winning U19 World Championship Gold in 2012. Noora is one of the strongest goalies in world floorball and also talks about how she balances her life as an elite level goalkeeper alongside her work & studies and being a mother. Noora will be heading to Singapore with Team Finland for her 2nd senior World Championships and looking to earn Finland's first Women's gold since the 2001 World Championships in Riga.
Episode 11 of the Talking Floorball Podcast begins our #roadtoSingapore series with the first player interview of November, Martina Repkova! The Czech forward who now plays in Switzerland for Zug United takes us through her early beginnings in floorball and her progression both for for Chodov and the start of her national team career. Martina is a star forward both for the Czech Women's National Team and Zug United and will be looking to help push her Czech team to their first Women's World Championship medal since 2013 this December in Singapore.

In this episode we chat with Blanka about her career in floorball so far in Hungary, Switzerland and now Finland and go over some interesting stories and events that have happened so far. Blanka is part of the Hungarian national Women's team and now will work at the IFF as part of the media team for the next 6 months.
