The episode talks about the 3 different body type, challenges they face and some nutrition tips to get you on your way. Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph are the body types and this is to just give you an idea on your body and hopefully a path to a deeper understanding of self. This is a quick overview of the body, and how the Fascia, muscles and tendons are connected.
