Most of us get to hear ‘There is nothing to be afraid of’ or ‘Everything is okay' when we reveal our fears or concerns to others. But, instead of supporting them with reassurance, these phrases could make them feel worse.  In today’s episode, I want to talk about why do some people need reassurance and how can we help them.

Can you feel the weight of the bag you are carrying on your back? The bag which is full of past emotions, secrets and ideas that are no longer serving any purpose? The bag you keep filing with people and their judgments and self-doubts. Don’t you feel the is bag cutting into your shoulders? And if you do then why don’t you set that bag down and empty it? We don't realize that most of us today are becoming more honest and loyal to other people's expectations and are spending a large part of our lives pleasing them.
