My first program was a live cohort experience for individuals looking to launch a podcast in 100 days. It included mock interviews and group coaching sessions designed to help participants clarify their goals and develop the skills necessary to establish a podcast successfully. The second program I launched was a 5-day podcast clarity boot camp. This program aimed to provide guidance on launching and growing your podcast quickly and effectively through public relations and marketing strategies. The idea behind this program was that those who had lost their jobs could use this platform to generate income or create personal brand awareness through storytelling. This past year has been one of experimentation and frustration at times - but ultimately one of tremendous personal and professional growth. When reflecting on this journey of launching programs & initiatives within such a tight timeline (and amid such uncertainty), there were many lessons learned along the way about what works best for me when developing projects like these - from proper planning ahead of time (including clearly defined objectives), to effective outreach strategies that generate sign-ups quickly—moving forward into 2023 with more confidence than ever before!Click here to subscribe and listen to weekly new episodes of The Business Leadership Podcast

I have always feared heights, so an edge walk seemed daunting. But I thought it would be a good opportunity to push myself out of my comfort zone, so I decided to go for it. The harness was reassuringly secure, and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. As we made our way around the tower's circumference, 1168 feet above ground level, I felt a sense of accomplishment for taking on this challenge and facing my fear head-on!  After conquering my fear on the edge walk, I felt ready to take on another challenge – public speaking! I entered a speaker slam competition and did lots of practice runs with friends, family and even strangers before getting up onstage for the big event. Although I didn’t win first place (one woman had an incredible story about overcoming homelessness), standing in front of hundreds of people was more than enough reward!  I started taking cold showers every day to keep pushing myself out of my comfort zone. This may sound like torture, but some benefits include increased alertness, boosted immunity and improved circulation. One of the most significant barriers to becoming a successful thought leader is defining who we are and facing our fears. We might be afraid that we won't be able to live up to expectations or that our work won't be good enough for others to take us seriously. By utilizing these tools effectively, you'll expand your reach far beyond what traditional methods allow - giving you an advantage when it comes time to make your voice heard in today's competitive landscape.   Thought leadership is an invaluable asset for anyone looking to make their mark online today - whether they're an entrepreneur or just trying to raise awareness about a cause they care deeply about - but it isn't always a straightforward process. From facing our fears of not being good enough or having something valuable enough to say to invest in digital communications strategies that are essential for making meaningful connections with people around the world, becoming a successful thought leader requires hard work and dedication if any progress is going to be made at all.. However, with determination and perseverance, anyone can become a respected leader within their field - all they need are the right tools!
