अकेलापन एक ऐसी भावना है जिसमें लोग बहुत तीव्रता से खालीपन और एकान्त का अनुभव करते हैं। उन्हें अजीब ख़याल आते हैं; जैसे - आत्महत्या, शादी न करना, किसी भी तरह की ख़ुशी न मनाना आदि। वे सादगी पूर्ण जीवन को अपनाने की सोचते हैं और धीरे-धीरे अवसाद या डिप्रेशन में चले जाते हैं ।

यह झूठ है पर हर दफा लिखूंगा मैं पढ़ सके यह सारा जमाना इतना सफा लिखूंगा मैं तुम बदले थे कब से सुन रही है यह दुनिया इस नाम से मैं खुद को बेवफा लिखूंगा मैं तुमने मनाया होगा मैं ही नहीं माना होगा शायद तुमको तो आता था मुझे ही नहीं आया निभाना शायद तुम तो चाहती थी हम जनम जनम के लिए एक हो जाएं पर मैं ही नहीं चाहता था तुमको पाना शायद मैंने ही नहीं इंतजार किया होगा तुमने तो किया था लेकिन मैंने ही नहीं प्यार किया होगा शायद चल सारी गलती मेरी है कुबूल करता हूं खैर अपनी शादी का बुलावा देना आऊंगा जरूर।।

पति-पत्नी का रिश्ता विश्वास और भरोसे का रिश्ता होता है. जिसमें जितना प्यार है उतनी ही नोक-झोंक भी. यह रिश्ता एक मजबूत बारीक डोर पर टिका होता है, जिसके टूटने का डर हमेशा बना रहता है. इसलिए इस रिश्ते में भरोसा होना बहुत जरूरी है.हर पति-पत्नी के रिश्ते में कई पहलू होते हैं, लेकिन कुछ शिकायतें ऐसी होती हैं जो हर पति-पत्नी को एक-दूसरे से होती हैं.

वर्कशॉप आयोजित करने और जीवन के हर क्षेत्र के लोगों से इंटरेक्ट करने के मेरे 18 वर्षों के अनुभव में मैंने पाया है कि समस्याएं इसलिए बढ़ती जाती हैं, क्योंकि वे तर्क संगत समाधान की बजाय भावनात्मक प्रतिक्रिया में उलझ जाती हैं। समस्या की शुरुआत किसी मामूली बात से शुरू हो सकती है लेकिन, यह समस्या बनी रहती है, क्योंकि लोग इसमें अपनी भावनाएं मिला देते हैं।

बस सफर हमारा है, बाकी सफर के हिस्से है,जो साथ चले वो हमसफर, जो छुट गए वो किस्से है।

हजारों उलझनें राहों में और कोशिशें बेहिसाब,इसी का नाम है ज़िन्दगी चलते रहिये जनाब।
