Will local roots make it to Washington? Danielle Walker and co-host Chris Alexander of the Louisiana Citizen Advocacy Group (LACAG) talk with two candidates who have never served in Washington. Monique Appeaning is the Republican candidate for Louisiana's 6th Congressional District and a former analyst at the Louisiana Legislative Fiscal Office. Jamie Davis is the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate and a farmer. They cover the budget, infrastructure, tax exemptions, election integrity, party pressure, and property rights. Appeaning walks through Louisiana's infrastructure grades, including D for drinking water and D+ for bridges. She calls for a balanced federal budget with the national debt at $41 trillion. She has "major concerns" about tax exemptions for data centers and carbon capture, and she supports paper ballots. Davis says he's "not a puppet" and isn't beholden to anyone. He gets pressed on Supreme Court expansion and impeachment. Davis backs oversight of federal dollars and private property rights. He says he made his best crop ever in 2025 and still ended up in the red. Join The Warrior Circle to support this voice of truth.   SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY: Hebrews 6:7-8 TPT "For men's hearts are just like the soil that drinks up the showers which often fall upon it. Some soil will yield crops as God's blessing upon the field. But if the field continues to produce only thorns and thistles a curse hangs over it and it will be burned."    ACTION & INFO FROM TODAY'S EPISODE: Join the Warriors' Circle: https://join.freedomstate.us/ for exclusive content and to have a voice in the topics of conversation we have here on TSOF.
