This week Jamie Rose interviews Em Hollis and Scott Sunderland, a heart centered couple who together founded The Freedom Project. Em is a transformational coach and breath-work therapist passionate about sharing her story of transformation to others that it is possible to let go of their own self-limiting beliefs and addiction to negative emotions, to live a life they never thought possible. Her husband Scott, found himself going from a 35-year-old athletic father, husband and business owner, to lying in a hospital bed unable to move. Using visualization techniques over the course of a year, Scott was able to heal himself and walk again. Years later in 2012 he watched his best friend drown in front of his eyes. Scott has now written a book called “Finding Ugly”.
