We will look at ways to manage Rotary projects better and increase our impact on the world. Whether you are an experienced project manager, completely new, or anywhere in between, we want to share ways to take your projects to the next level.

What is a project, and what is project management? When we say “projects”, Rotarians may think of service projects. But projects exist in almost every area of Rotary. Good project management can push Rotary projects forward and, in turn, increase impact in the world.
In this first episode, Rotarian Yemi Olaniyi talks about how he got involved in Rotary and how projects can be the key to a more significant global impact. Yemi’s advice is simple, “projectize and simplify.”
