How I got over my issue... I kept it short and hopefully something is gain from it for those who needs to get over someone or a certain situation. Don’t take the easy way out. There’s nothing to it but to walk forward.

Been a long while since I’ve posted. This was just to break the ice for me to get back into the groove of things but I’m glad all that has happened, happened... And that it made me who I am now.

This EP is an update of my absences. I have been at peace and loving it. Living life and all.

Had 2 small talks about working past 25 years of age and how one feel sorry for teachers during virtual learning... My feel on this: we tend to raise ours how we were raised, most parents didn’t value education to the point of ensuring that we understood what was taught. We would either go outside as soon as school let out or some parents would just give answers. Wealth, we die off not leaving nothing for our families (children). LIFE INSURANCE! Get it, any businesses, LLC and whatever policies you need so it can roll over to the children or love ones... as Nipsy would call it, “Mailbox Money”

Make you next CHOICE/DECISION your “best” CHOICE/DECISION because it could be your last CHOICE/DECISION...

I’m making myself aware that I have a mental health disorder and many... No finger pointing on how I got it but I am aware that I have disorders. But I’m aware too that I have a purpose...

The subtle art of not giving a #@%!... Simple.

How do you heal from a heartbreak? How do you play “co-parent” once it’s done and though the kids aren’t yours, do you stay or do you go? Who is the most important person to you? Things that need answering and many will have different views. Let’s me hear you loud and clear! -Kruise

Accepting all things negative that has came my way. I made that choice to stay where I was, I accepted that, so I accept all the backlash from it. No finger points. My new journey... be at peace!

With everything comes results... Most honest I have been ever and I do tell a lot. This isn’t my readings, just venting. I am turning a new leaf, cleansing myself, bettering myself. Being a better Kruise.

Simple, title say it all. Be involved here in your children life. Don’t bail on a child. Don’t let your issues come in the way of a child. They need you!

Difficult times. This pandemic will either make or break you. For me it was before it all happened. Could only imagine if it didn’t happen, would things be worse for me. But I am satisfied now and accept things for what they are now. I let disappointments motivate me. I look at everything as being temporary, nothing last forever so enjoy it while it’s there.

My 2020 has been terrible since December 2019. With everything that’s going on now it’s hard for anyone to stay positive. But June 3rd changed my whole year! Almost to a point I teared up due to happiness. I felt like Will Smith in my favorite movie “The Pursuit of Happyness,” I got “selected” for a job giving me $3K more than what I’m getting now a year and to a location that I’ll be able to progress in. So again, the books I recommended, I recommend you all purchase them! They work and will give you the confidence.

Wrapping up the His Need, Her Needs for you all with advice to how a build an affair proof marriage and how to overcome an affair IF that is what is wanted by the two of you. As my therapist once said, "It takes two to want it."

Follow up on EP-1. Topic: Love Bank. Everyone has a love bank, their own individual love bank that receives deposits or withdrawals. How it work is if you receive a pleasurable interaction, you get a deposit. Receiving a painful interaction, withdrawal. A deposit can come from anyone and does not have to be a partner. Now if you are on hard times and have not been getting love bank deposits, you could be leaving room for another to open an account into the heart and make their own deposits. SO, it is important to KNOW THE NEEDS to prevent this from happening.

Since I have been out of the Army, I haven't had many interviews I was successful in. Last summer I had 3 interviews, all face to face and 1 via video. Neither job selected me. I started to wonder why this was happening. About 2 weeks ago I purchased 2 books titled: Perfect Phrase for the Perfect Interview and Get That Job. Both are good reads and both have helpful tips for interviewing. I hope that the little knowledge I gave in this episode could be of some help to all of you and if you are having a hard time being selected after interviewing, I would recommend that you purchase these reading to give you that push. Enjoy! 

During quarantine I have had some time to read and decided to have a different approach for this channel.  I do want to apologize to a love one I hurt for a previous podcasting and I and truly sorry and to the people that have been waiting for me to post another episode, tough times (haha).  This episode will be focused on knowing the 10 emotional needs and what the outcome could be IF they are not met.
