At just 26 years old, Fraser Morgan is undoubtedly one of our local heroes and has been gigging all over the country on a mission to master the art of live performance. To celebrate a monumental 1000th gig, Fraser will be performing a very special homecoming show in Colchester.  We caught up with Fraser about some of his experiences on the road including his most unexpectedly brilliant small gig, what life on tour as a young musician is really like and a tonne of priceless advice for new and experienced live performers. We also spoke about Fraser's latest singles, a new-found passion for badminton, why his show at Colchester Arts Centre in June could be a record-breaker and an open call for more gigs in 2024.

Ahead of his third studio album, it was great catching up with singer and songwriter Tom Bright about all sorts from producing the new album “Somewhere Anywhere” at Abbey Road Studios to his UK Tour and how his experience as the UK’s youngest pub landlord and influenced his musical beginnings.

Since moving to London from Finland, singer, songwriter Anni Pohto has been creating the kind of music you won’t hear anywhere else and following a year of regeneration and rediscovery, it was great to chat to Anni all about her experience of letting go of what others wanted her to do in favour of creating the kind of music and following the path she truly believed in. As well as an introduction to her music and a little detail on her new single 33610, Anni shared some fantastic insight into following passions in a creative context, we talked about how her background in political science feeds into her songwriting, Anni’s upcoming album and her tour supporting Scouting For Girls.
