I accepted Jesus as my Savior and later started going to Calvary Chapel Rialto, Ca, for many years. There I would learn of God, serve, go to church camps etc. Years after, when I was 13, I was sexually abused by a woman close to me. I was told I was the bad person. I then knew what happened was bad and should never had happened. I asked the question, "Why God, Why!?" I began trying to cope that hurt and confusion with pornography at 13! A year or two later I started to explore that search with gay porn. I was in need of love and affection, I was not getting that from my dad but he showed it by providing for the family. I learned in church that God created man and woman, and intimate relations should only be with them and marriage is to be between them. So I began getting confused with, why I would now start developing feelings for boys my age and later on older boys and men. Long story short, I now began using drugs, going to clubs and drinking alcohol to try and soften the hurt I had when a boy and wanted love from a man. I sought out help from the church but going to a Christian Conference where I would learn about a Christian recovery... I felt I was pushed to the floor and the object I had flew out of my hands and I cried and screamed out to God. He showed up... June 2021 till present 2024, God has connected me with my church. He connected me with strong Christians and has showed me love, grace and truth, thru these people. I did not feel condemned or judged. The truth that God was showing by the people of my church and others, and them allowing the Holy Spirit show me the truth and teach me truth, is what i needed! The Lord has been doing great things in my life the last year July 2023 to present 2024. God has freed me from desires for men, pornography, drinking, drugs and alcohol. But most important unforgiveness, that led to pride. I have been sharing my testimony at churches I was invited to, ive wrote a book called "At The End of The Rainbow Trail", which is published on amazon, ive been on a mission trip to Costa Rica and proclaimed my faith and Gospel and the Lord has many things planned! I know now, why all the bad things happened to me, why God? Because what was meant for bad God turned it for good, for His glory! So I ask, is there anything to hard for God to do for you? He changed and is changing me daily and He can do that for you! I also shared my testimony at Calvary Chapel Dallas.
