We've been seeing #TradWives pop up all over our socials. What are they, are they inspirational, should we strive to become them? We don't draw any hard-and-fast conclusions in this episode, but we have a fun time talking about it!

Mary Anne is pregnant! And it. is. hard. Constant nausea and not being able to keep up is the worst, but it doesn't have to make you feel "mom guilt."
In this episode, we discuss our perspectives about mom guilt, how Olivia has overcome it, and how Mary Anne tries to avoid it. We hope you leave this episode feeling like you can utilize the mom guilt you're feeling to become more refined as a Christian mother and approach each situation of guilt with a more biblical perspective. Thank you for being here!

We think living by 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 is wise: "...make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody."
What do you think? Should all Christians live "simply"? Listen in for the 11 things related to possessions, habits and mindset that we quit to live more simply.

We chatted for 1.5 hours, so we split this discussion into two parts! Let's finish our discussion about the Proverbs 31 woman, and at around 22 minutes, we overview the characteristics that we think we're doing well with *and* and ones we plan to focus on improving this month. Thanks for being here!

The Proverbs 31 is considered the IDEAL WOMAN in Christian communities, but are her characteristics unattainable? Should all Christian women strive to be like her? What qualities does she have, and how does diving deep into Proverbs 31 help strengthen our faith and relationships? We couldn't stop chatting about this one, so we split it into two parts!

🎉 Welcome back to the "Related to Motherhood" podcast! In our latest episode, we discuss the online “self-care movement” and its impact on our motherhood mindsets. Join us as we challenge the prevalent notion of putting your own happiness first and explore the harmony that can be found between self-care and the biblical teachings of selflessness.
In a world where the self-care movement often glorifies personal indulgence, we explore how motherhood challenges this narrative and why rest, balance, and a Christ-centered perspective are key to finding true fulfillment and obeying God's commands.
