PURSUING PURPOSE

In this episode of Pursuing Purpose, Makenna, Kellie and I discuss what it means to find your IDENTITY in Christ. We were all created with the characteristics of God, but man has corrupted that. We are constantly having to pursue to be more like Jesus every day. As Christians, our identity is rooted in our relationship with Christ. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are transformed into new creations, and our old way of life is replaced with a new life in Christ. To be able to understand your identity as a follower of Christ, you need to understand how He sees you.

Gen Z is moving away from traditional religion, but that doesn't mean we aren't spiritual. As young people, we long to see a move of God like never before and hope to play a vital role in that. Creativity comes from God because He is the Creator. Whether you are a painter, seamstress, designer, musician, or something else, we all have some level of creativity since we are all made in the image of God. Hey everyone, my name is Danielle Green, and thank you so much for checking out my podcast! I’ve entitled this podcast PURSUING PURPOSE because I believe that our purpose as followers of Jesus is to be more like Him. We were created to worship Him through everything we do, and God’s ultimate purpose is to shape our character to be more like Christ.
