All Well by Design

Welcome to All Well by Design!  We (Katie, Lusungu, Taren, and Chantal) are a collective of cisgender women, passionate about personal and planetary health. Exploring what it means to be well, we are united by our desire to go deep, we are willing to have tough conversations and question the status quo. We are connected through movement and inspired by conversations around sustainability, social justice, and community wellness.  Grounded in the feminine principles of inclusivity, passion and pleasure, we seek to center, uplift and embody the wisdom of the earth, the brilliance of our bodies, the intelligence of our emotions, and the creativity of our soul, to consciously design a life we love, devoted to the wellness of all.
