Luke 5.12-39
Jesus did not simply heal the sick. He taught all who would listen - and even those who did not want to listen.
Jesus begins to fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah which he read in Nazareth. By healing diseases and casting out demons people grew to recognize his power and authority. By a miraculous catch of fish, Peter feared his own sinfulness.
