Description
This podcast uses American Liberty, values, and history to provide a lens to understand today’s issues, problems, and challenges. Through this lens, The Liberated Citizen will explore solutions and changes to challenge how you think and act. Today’s society and government have placed restrictions upon your education and limits on your thoughts with a complicit media apparatus (both left and right). Elites or people in power seek to make you ignorant, compliant, and apathetic in order to consolidate power and control. This podcast is about recapturing the essence of American exceptionalism through understanding and critical thinking in order for you to cut the strings and break the chains holding you back from living a life of liberty while pursuing your happiness.

Charlie Kirk’s assassination is more than a tragedy — it’s a warning. In this episode of The Liberated Citizen, I deliver a blunt tribute to Charlie’s life, his faith, and his vision for America. We’ll examine the toxic culture of demonization that fueled this climate, why treating speech as violence threatens the Republic, and how Charlie’s belief in redemption offers a way forward.
This is a call to action: debate the idea, stop demonizing the person. Speak truth, live with conviction, and honor Charlie’s legacy by carrying his mission forward with courage, compassion, and redemption.
In every election cycle, accusations of corruption and unethical behavior fly across party lines, eroding public trust in our government. As power shifts, so does the focus on abuses and inefficiencies within our political system. But now, with Republicans holding the Presidency and narrow control of both the House and Senate, we have a rare opportunity to act. It's time to push forward reforms that promote transparency, reinstate meaningful checks and balances, and safeguard the separation of powers envisioned by our Founding Fathers. Join me to discuss ideas to secure our Republic against future tyranny.
Happy New Year! Here is a new episode to begin the year. In this episode, I call for Americans to embrace their civic duties and continue their engagement past the election cycles. We need steadfast repetitive support to our elected representatives to stay the course; to enact legislation and initiatives that support liberty, American values, and secure our Constitutional Republic for the future.
In this episode of The Liberated Citizen, we take a look at what the Trump and Republican victory means and discuss some of the controversial nominees. I also offer some advice for the Republicans in terms of strategy for keeping control of Congress through the mid-terms. Finally, I offer some reflections on the initial steps for DOGE.
In this episode, Greg explores and exposes media gaslighting using specific examples from the the recent presidential campaigns. He showcases how the media does it and then explains how to overcome it with actions that you can take today. Cultivating the capability to see through media bias, lies, and gaslighting is an extremely important skill for Liberated Citizens. Listen and learn how to free yourself.
Hello patriots, protestors, and pioneers, in this episode, we explore the intersection of freedom, responsibility, and the power of critical thought. We’re diving into a topic that’s both timely and essential—the dangerous interplay between rhetoric and violence in our society. In recent weeks, we’ve witnessed an alarming assassination attempt on Donald Trump. This event, while shocking, isn’t isolated but part of a broader pattern where violent rhetoric escalates into physical violence. We will discuss some of the history that brings us here as well as the freedom of speech, limitations, and how we should be using this freedom to better society.
In this episode, I talk about the differences between societal and individual values (or character). Many people talk about values, but often I find that this means different things to different people and causes confusion. I discussed this in a previous episode and outlined what values I believe society should embrace. Following this episode, many pushed back and wanted to talk about individual values or what I call character and yes these are important as well. So, I outline what I think are the most important individual values that should aspired to. Join me as we delve into the heart of what it means to be an individual in American society.
I return to the podcast with an update on my health, why I haven't been publishing episodes and talk about what's coming next.

In this episode, I talk about some of the commonly cited issues with military recruiting. With services missing recruiting goals by up to 24,000, this is a serious problem for the continued security of our nation. I believe that there is an underlying problem with culture that dwarfs the above issues. As liberated citizens, we must address this problem head-on and the solution lies at the heart of our republic - duties and responsibilities accompany freedom and liberty as citizens.
In this episode, I explore Dr. King's teachings and speculate on whether he would support DEI initiatives. Join me for the discussion and leave your comments on this topic.
A Washington Post article seems to suggest that if you are poor or conservative and let your kids play football, then you must not care about them. I add commentary that broadens the analysis from a single factor of safety to multiple factors of monetary benefits, status, identity and personal development that all contribute to a better life.

The right to free speech does not allow someone to incite violence through "fighting words" that present a clear and present danger. Some people seem to believe that calling for genocide is protected speech and people should be able to say these things. It is clear to me that calling for the genocide of Jews is obviously anti-Semitism and with the uptick in anti-Semitism attacks against Jews, those calls for genocide present a clear and present danger especially on college campuses across America where there seems to be a lot of pro-Palestinian support and even foreigners who are students who are participating in protests and chants with these very same sentiments, calling for the genocide of Jews through calling for and supporting intifada and globalizing the intifada. What is strange to me is that these college campuses have far more stringent standards of conduct especially when it comes to non-discrimination and anti-bullying policies, yet don't seem to be willing to enforce consequences for clear violations of their school policies or even willing to state that there any violations to speak of and cite free speech. In this episode, we will start with facts and explore this topic to understand free speech and current events at a hearing in Congress where the President of Harvard holds the position that these pro-Palestinian protests and chants can't be considered free speech violations and punishable. Join me as we dive in to see the comments first hand and find the point where liberty and free speech end and prohibited "fighting words" begin.
“This is more than a podcast; it's a movement. This movement did not begin with this podcast, but this podcast seeks to broaden and swell the ranks of those who believe that the ideals of the Declaration and Founding Fathers are still relevant and seek to remold the American Experiment back into line with those ideals. Here, we challenge the status quo, we challenge encroachments on our liberty, we challenge the Orwellian tactics that seek to dominate your thinking. In short, we dare to reimagine what freedom truly means in today’s world. Join us as we re-apply these truths to the modern world, uncover forgotten paths to happiness, tear down barriers to success, and equip you with the tools to carve out a life of true fulfillment. “
