"Non draco sit mihi duxVade retro satanaNumquam suade mihi vanaSunt mala quae libasIpse venena bibas" - that is an exorcism prayer. If it made you upset or angry to read that, you should probably look into that, post-haste. And in a way that is what this podcast episode is, a non-denominational exorcism prayer geared towards those stuck in hormone and brain chemistry fueled angry rhetoric. This is your off ramp. Have you been made to believe you sold your soul to the devil? Contained within this podcast is the data necessary to unconstraine one's mind. This is your way out of that crap contract, because the devil isn't a little red man with horns, it's you when you're angry. Stop letting media turn you into little angry devils that do their bidding for them. You have the choice. Use it to be a better human, because thats all we are in the begining in the middle and in the end, humans, all walking this same earth together, it is time we stop pretending the opposite is in any way true.recorded; Saturday october 11th, 2015intro sound is from episode 94 of the original Transformers cartoon, entitled "The Return of Optimus Prime"
Free will is a bitch and the founding father's of the good ole U.S. of A. knew that and utilized it to lay the foundations of the systems in which we take for granted in today's world; the concepts of free will, the inherent rights of humanity, and the right to pursue happyness are some of the integral pillars that underpin the foundations of the United States of America. Now is a time in our country to address, repair, and revitalize those foundations and reflect how they have supported the American Idealism and philosophy that has directly correlated with the success of the American Experiment. recorded on Sunday September 28th 2025

Just call me a kit-kat cause I'm taking a break, join me in this week's episode where i close up season 1 of Adam Has A Podcast!
"Just do it" is a powerful affirmation that can provide a boost of motivation allowing you to do great things but with great power comes great responsibility. To an easily impressionable individual the phrase "just do it" becomes a dangerous instigator of chaos and doom. Join me in this episode where I discuss the complicated reality of "just doing it".
For a "comedy podcast" I haven't really done much comedy on here so this week I thought I'd change that by dusting off an old joke and then breaking down the routine. The joke I tell is one of the first few jokes that I had written with a structure in mind. When I went to record this I tried to find the original copy and notes but I realized I had lost them! And although I've said this one enough times to have it memorized, pulling it from the annals of my subconscious was certainly more difficult than if I was able to just read it over again so the biggest piece of advice that I have would be to hang onto all your material even if you think you can memorize everything or that it might not be funny or worth saving; you don't know when something will randomly become funny one day or what you might forget! Paper and hardcopy is probably best but you do you, just hang onto that stuff!! Anyways there are a few more tips like that in the episode but mostly just sit back and enjoy!
F is for friends who do stuff together
U is for you and me
N is for anywhere and anytime at all
Down here in the deep blue sea!
-No but really, did you know that fun has a numerical scale? I didn't, not until I came across this article here. It is kind of funny to me that in the article itself the author mentions how even he too had no idea of the existence of a "fun scale" until someone told him about it. That is how things spread now isn't it? One person passing knowledge onto the next and then the next onto another and so on and so fourth until the end of time... So I thought it would be fun to spread awareness of the "fun scale" by doing an "interactive style" podcast episode where you can follow along with me as we fill out our fun scales together! When we're done you can email them in, show your coworkers, tell your mom, hang it up on the fridge, anything we can do to get knowledge and awareness of the "fun scale" on the same level as that "s" thing everyone knows how to draw.
Editing is agitating so I tried to do this one with as few cuts as possible but trying to do it in as few cuts as possible added a pressure that built into agitation the longer the take got, this helped me realize efforts to avoid agitation often times will bring agitation directly to you rather than providing relief. The best way to alleviate agitation is to pull it out by the roots so join me in this episode as I tend to my garden and attempt to weed it of the agitations that have been impeding the growth and movement of my progress and enjoyment of life.

It's October and that means Halloween! Each episode in the month of October is going to have some kind of Halloween theme to it. This week is witches! Specifically the Salem Witch Trials. I drank a witches brew (thc infused lemonade) as an attempt to spur some creativity and inspiration to write this and man...that was a bad idea but a bad idea that helped give me insight into the craziness that the people of Salem village unknowingly dealt with. Plauged with hallucinations fueld by ergotism and religious fervor the village of Salem Massachusetts was a veritable powder keg waiting to blow, one which that when it did blow left a deep scar arcoss American history that still governs our lives to this day. To learn more listen in on this weeks episode Salem; Witch Trials or do reading of you own over HERE or if you come up with any research of your own please share it with me over at AdamJCappello.info@gmail.com
What if the song Radioactive by Imagine Dragons was actually in some way, some how, radioactive? Like, if the cords and progressions themselves moved in such a way that the sound itself was a radioactive isotope representative of the conglomeration of the minds of it's creators and contributors? What if how "radioactive" a song is, is what makes it popular or...radio active ;P
Join me in this weeks episode where I take a radical approach towards radiation.
I really pulled this one out of my...hey wait a minute I used that joke already... I can't pull that one twice so I'll push ahead, I guess that really shows to go ya, from thermodynamics to taoist ideologies that with every push there must be a pull.
Hopefully that was enough to pull you in as a listener
In an attempt to reach more female listeners In this episode Adam tries to pander to as many audiences as possible with guest star Tauvari Udomsay, listen in hear more and determine if you are the intended audience!
Paradigm is probably the easiest word to rhythm but I don't think I'll do that this time. This is a description so I should probably provide an inscription of this week's rendition. In this episode I debate whether or not to live life in zombie mode, an inside edition of my current mental health condition. When you have pattern recognition such as mine, you can't help but rhyme from time to time, but did you know that is a symptom of schizophrenia? It's called glossomania. Who knew, Doctor Seuss was kookoo.
This one was actually a surprise, I went into it thinking it was going to be something else and then I ended up pulling this one out of my....I actually thought the poop bits lasted longer than normal while I was grunting this one out so I examined it over after the fact and yep, they're littered all over the place. I could've easily squeezed out a skateboarding joke or parable but nope, mostly poop jokes...who am I kidding? All poop jokes. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to push this one out in public but when you gotta go, you make doo.

Dude I remeber back in like middle school starting a paragraph with a definition as the hook was the illiest writing maneuver you could pull, now that I've grown up I see that people have stopped defining words for us :( we have to do it ourselves now that we have tools like google but usually we just let spell check do it for us because it is so readily available. We have dictionaries on our phones but that is an extra step so we just don't use them. We'd rather use the auto correct because it's so smart and easy to use. So smart that it will adamantly auto correct you to the wrong form of your but not know why, further along in the future we will have relied on auto correct so much that its possible that none of us may even know the right form of you're that you're supposed to use, we will have forgotten definitions all together as a people, left to the wayside as text-to-speech technology took over. We will only know and use words how we have heard them and no one will even know why they are saying the things they are saying like the word saying or for instance, maybe it /has/is/ already happen/ed/ing/! All that will be remembered is that when the mystical words (ur) showed up in any form on any forum that others would come and battle would be had. It is as if we have been innovated into an ouroboros of stupidity, wall-e was not a warning, but a prophecy.
Like a good neighbor state farm is there...but what is a good neighbor? Growing up I was the youngest in my house and the only child on my street, I always wished I lived in a neighborhood full of people my own age. It seems funny yet fitting that as an adult I ended up moving to a city where the motto is literally a "city of good neighbors" and honestly, it lives up to the motto. In this episode you get to meet my neighbor, Jason! It's kind of an interview, not really an interview, mostly just us shooting the shit for 3 hours but listen as we talk about topics such as neighbors, guns, fears, fishing and much, much more!
Check out Jason's Youtube channel here !
