Alma wrestles with God in the Spirit. He is commanded to return to preach unto the people. Amulek recognizes him as a holy prophet of God and a high priest. They experience priesthood power. The people in the land of Ammonihah have forgotten the promises the Lord made to their fathers. The Savior is full of grace, equity, and truth, patience, mercy, long-suffering, and quick to hear the cries of his people. Amulek has seen of the mysteries of God. We learn of the system of judges for these people. Amulek confirms the existence of a Supreme Being, a true and living God, the very Eternal Father. Zeezrom learns specific doctrines relating to the creation, fall, and the plan of redemption. God calls upon men in the name of his Son.
