The Narcissist Hunters

Have you ever felt stuck in a cycle of narcissistic abuse, struggling to make sense of your experiences and find a path to healing? I know I have.   In this inaugural episode of The Narcissist Hunters, I share my personal journey and mission to bring attention to this critical issue. Growing up in a family with prevalent narcissistic abuse, I experienced the confusion, isolation, and self-doubt that many victims face. Without access to information about narcissism, I struggled to understand the irrational behavior of my family members and often blamed myself.   In this episode, I discuss: ● The importance of raising awareness about narcissistic abuse ● The various types of narcissists I've encountered, including covert, vulnerable, and communal ● The role of enablers and flying monkeys in perpetuating abuse ● The transformative power of knowledge in my own empowerment ● The potential for narcissists to seek help and heal   My mission is to empower empaths and victims of narcissistic abuse by providing valuable information and resources.
