This time we head up North to Manchester for the screening of our latest film "Nails". And it went very well! A year ago we tried to shoot a short film for the Filmonik Festival, but the great British weather was against us and we had to call the whole thing off. One year later, we're back with a vengance and a point to prove! The usual suspects conviened on a surprisingly warm Spring day and shot "Nails", the story of debt collector Norman "Nails" Mayler. Check out the behind the scenes episode of the shoot, and stay tuned for a podcast from it's premiere screening in June! Email us comments at podcast@s-i-afilms.co.uk
For the first time in over a year, we have completed a shoot for a new short film, entitled "Lay-By". Joining us for the first time were Laura on sound, Claire production managing, Joe taking stills, and Paul making his acting debut... As you can see, it didn't all go entierly smoothly, but we made it through in the end! Stay tuned for more episodes soon, and email us at podcast@s-i-afilms.co.uk
This weekend Graham, Elden and Jordan are joined by our good friend Adam to shoot some additional footage for "Nottingham Babylon". That's right folks, the name of the film has been changed! It is no longer "East Midlands Babylon", it's "Nottingham Babylon", for reasons Graham will explain in the episode... Stay tuned for more episodes soon, and email us at podcast@s-i-afilms.co.uk
