What happens when a state legislator makes prenatal development part of the education debate? On this episode of The Ever-Living Podcast, Jason talks with former New Hampshire State Representative John Sellers about his Christian faith, service in the U.S. Air Force, time in the New Hampshire House, and his anti-abortion advocacy. Sellers recounts winning his first legislative race by just four votes and explains why he believes personal conversations, education, pregnancy-resource centers, adoption, and direct support for pregnant women are important parts of the anti-abortion movement.A major focus is Sellers' legislation concerning prenatal-development education. His 2025 HB 667 would have required health curricula to include age-appropriate, medically accurate education featuring an animation or ultrasound video showing development of the heart, brain, and other vital organs. The Legislature passed an amended version, but Gov. Kelly Ayotte vetoed it in July 2025, and the House sustained the veto in December. The conversation also covers pregnancy centers, Safe Haven options, adoption, supporting women facing unexpected pregnancies, and Sellers' religious beliefs about life before birth. The episode closes with his reflections on public service and why he encourages ordinary New Hampshire residents to consider serving in the Legislature.Subscribe to NHRTL: https://nhrtl.org/subscribe/Thank you for watching The Ever-Living Podcast, a heartfelt space to share the stories and voices of women who champion a culture that values and protects life. Can someone oppose abortion and still have a place in the Democratic Party? On this episode of The Ever-Living Podcast, Jason sits down with Kristen Day, Executive Director of Democrats for Life of America, an organization that advocates for a “Whole Life” approach and for a place for abortion opponents within the Democratic Party. Kristen discusses the history of pro-life Democrats in Congress, bipartisan support for the Hyde Amendment, political pressure surrounding abortion, and her organization's effort to rebuild what it calls the Democratic Party's “big tent.” She also recounts her widely discussed exchange with Pete Buttigieg during his presidential campaign and talks about current organizing efforts in Texas, Massachusetts, Virginia, and elsewhere.  The conversation explores pregnancy-resource centers, parental involvement, abortion ballot measures, and Kristen's argument that concern for unborn children can coexist with traditional Democratic priorities involving poverty, healthcare, immigration, families, and other vulnerable populations. https://www.democratsforlife.org/index.php/issues/abortionThank you for watching The Ever-Living Podcast, a heartfelt space to share the stories and voices of women who champion a culture that values and protects life. Lydia Taylor Davis says she once considered herself pro-choice—until a conversation about her foster sister caused her to reconsider what she believed about abortion. That moment eventually led her into campus activism and Students for Life of America. On this episode of The Ever-Living Podcast, Xindi and Jason talk with Lydia about her personal transformation, becoming president of her college Students for Life chapter, facing hostility for her activism, and taking abortion debates directly onto college campuses. Today, Students for Life identifies her as its Spokesperson and Social Media Coordinator, and says her viral content and campus appearances have reached millions of people.Lydia also discusses what she believes works when communicating with Gen Z, the role social media plays in shaping the abortion debate, pregnancy-resource organizations, motherhood, chemical abortion, and why she believes Christians need to become more engaged with the issue. She also shares stories of students who initially confronted her but later told her that their views had changed.See more from Lydia: https://www.instagram.com/lydiataylordavis/ https://studentsforlife.org/people/lydia-taylor-davis/https://www.tiktok.com/@lydiataylordavis_ Subscribe to NHRTL: https://nhrtl.org/subscribe/Thank you for watching The Ever-Living Podcast, a heartfelt space to share the stories and voices of women who champion a culture that values and protects life. What are women actually being told about abortion pills—and what happens when complications occur? On this episode of The Ever-Living Podcast, Xindi and Jason speak with Dr. Ingrid Skop, a board-certified OB-GYN with more than 30 years of experience who serves as Vice President and Director of Medical Affairs at the Charlotte Lozier Institute. The organization says Dr. Skop has delivered more than 5,000 babies and researches maternal mortality, abortion, and women’s health. Dr. Skop discusses her transition from private practice into pro-life medical research, her experience practicing under Texas abortion laws, and her concerns about medication abortion and the increasing availability of abortion pills through the mail. She also discusses abortion complication reporting, emergency treatment of pregnant women, pregnancy resource centers, challenges facing pro-life medical students, and why she believes Americans need better information about these issues. The conversation concludes with Dr. Skop reflecting on Luke 1, when John the Baptist leaps in Elizabeth's womb during Mary's visit. Links - https://lozierinstitute.org/team-member/ingrid-skop-m-d-facog/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/ingrid-skop-8193ba248/ https://aaplog.org/speakers-bureau/dr-ingrid-skop Thank you for watching The Ever-Living Podcast, a heartfelt space to share the stories and voices of women who champion a culture that values and protects life. Can something as simple as a bumper sticker actually save a life? In this episode of the Ever Living Podcast, hosts Xindi, Jason, and Jessica welcome Gabriel Dionisi, New England Regional Coordinator for Students for Life of America and founder of ProLifeStickers.com.Gabriel returns to the podcast with a major update: his free pro-life bumper sticker ministry has now distributed more than 35,000 stickers, creating thousands of opportunities to put a message of hope and pregnancy support directly in front of people in their everyday lives. The ministry promotes OptionLine.org, connecting women and families with pregnancy-help resources. But the most powerful part of Gabriel's story isn't the number of stickers—it's what happened when he learned that one of those stickers had played a role in a woman choosing life. Gabriel shares how a woman who had already made an abortion appointment encountered a pregnancy center, saw the sticker on a volunteer's car, and ultimately decided to keep her baby.He explains why he believes ordinary people can make an extraordinary difference through simple acts of courage and witness. The conversation also explores Gabriel's new role with Students for Life, youth activism, pro-life outreach, fetal models, Massachusetts' changing abortion laws, and why young people have a unique opportunity to get involved.Gabriel's message is simple: you don't have to be famous, wealthy, or a professional activist to make a difference. Sometimes one small action can change someone's life.Thank you for watching The Ever-Living Podcast, a heartfelt space to share the stories and voices of women who champion a culture that values and protects life.
