You're staring at a blank line that says list your strengths, and all you can think of is what's wrong with you. If you've spent years believing you're not really good at anything when it comes to feelings, you're not alone, and it's not a weakness. This can happen to people of every gender and every age. Most of us were taught to spot our mistakes, so we became strangers to our own strengths. This episode explains in simple words why that happens, why the things you do naturally still count, and how you can find your emotional strengths gently, in a few minutes, without guessing. They Said She Did Not Belong On That Stage. Then She Beat Luke Littler. Here Is What Every Girl and Young Person Can Learn From Fallon Sherrock. Fourteen people walked out to take on the best darts player in the world, and fourteen walked off with nothing. Backstage, one woman kept shouting for them, and waiting for a turn that was not guaranteed. Her phone was full of comments arguing she should not even be in the line up. She read them. She said so herself. And then her name was called. This episode looks at Fallon Sherrock, her win over Luke Littler on Netflix's Beat Luke Littler, and what her story teaches young people, kids, and girls about believing in yourself when others tell you to sit down. We also look at how Luke Littler, once a teenager still proving himself, handled being beaten, and what that says about maturity and emotional intelligence. If online comments ever turn into threats or pressure, do not carry it alone. Tell a trusted adult, keep screenshots, block and report, and contact local emergency services or a crisis line if you feel unsafe. Another headline. Another company saying a tool can now do what a whole team used to do. You put your phone face down, look at the work you've spent years getting good at, and a quiet question starts. What about me? If you're scared of losing your job to A.I., it makes sense that it feels heavy. Work is more than money. It's where we feel useful, and nobody can tell you exactly how things will unfold. That not knowing is what weighs the most. This is a short, honest message for anyone carrying that worry, whatever your gender or age. Being scared isn't a weakness, it's not your fault, and you're far from the only one. This episode looks at what's happening in plain words, why this fear hits so deep, and three small ways to feel less alone and take a next step. Free tool for you: UPDATED 2027 A.I. Everything looks fine from the outside, yet something inside quietly says, this is not me. If your life feels like clothes that almost fit, you are not broken, ungrateful, or weak. This feeling can happen to people of every gender and every age, and it is often a sign that your inner self is asking to be noticed. This episode names what that feeling is, explains gently why it may be happening, and shows you a calm, no-pressure way to check where your life and your inner self line up and where they drift apart. You do not need to change anything today. You only need to look. My father died when I was 7 years old. Did my mental switch happen then? I remember hearing family members after the funeral tell me that I was now the man of the house, but because I was young, I understood the meaning, but I didn’t understand what they meant too. My mom cried, I remember that. Did she look at me and wonder what was going to become of me now that my dad had died? How old was I when I grew up? When did the switch happen. Can I blame my weirdness because of his passing? Do I reach back then to his death, and blame that day on how I later reacted as a teenager? Am I smart enough to know that life happens to us all, but my actions, regardless, are my own, so, no, I cannot blame the world just because my father died when I was 7 years old. The world is a cruel place; I’ll agree to that. My father’s death was a blimp in a day where a lot happened around the world, even though to me it felt like the only thing that happened on that day. Time changed for me and my family forever. How old was I when I grew up? Growing up, my friends were different from me I could see it from a very young age. My friends had both parents in the house and that can leave you vulnerable to pain. One thing can happen to both of us, and we react differently due to our different situations. I barely cried growing up. I sit and I wonder when did I grow up? Did I mature too fast because of the void left at home? My mind has been older than my friends mind for a very long time. I was the cautious one. I knew trouble could lead down a bad road. I had no father to have my back, I knew it would break my mother’s heart who had to deal with a lot on her plate because she became an instant bread winner, and she didn’t have a choice to say no. Did I grow up or am I still 7 in a man’s body who merely evolved because of a situation I could not veto? It broke me and the wave only hit when I was mature enough to comprehend the loss that had affected my families entire trajection. The loss of a parent leaves a void whether through death, abandonment, or rejection. We’re a species that needs a good family structure but we’re failing to maintain this in my opinion. Is there a way to get back what you lost? No. But you can make sure that your family is taken care of and you show up and reset the trajection and bullseye. Be the man in your family’s life and do good by them.
