When she sent on the receipts, the sister decided she should pay a “quarter” because she helped organise it, then accidentally dropped a message calling her a martyr. Shane is raging on her behalf and breaks down exactly why this is people taking advantage, why the boyfriend has to step in, and how to set the tone now before it becomes your whole life (and Christmas dinner too).

This week's Monday Dilemma is not an easy one! Shane and Kate discuss the challenge of facing a job offer which although looks great from the outside, may mean life has to change more than our listener wants. It raises questions on what's most important when it comes to your job. Is it money? Is it culture? Shane is attracted by the money but then changes his mind when Kate makes him think further!It's a great laugh as Shane is blinded by the prospect of a 20K brand deal, but it does lead to an interesting conversation about a genuinely tough scenario.
