Description
Real people. Real stories. Real growth. Not Special is a leadership podcast built around honest, in-person conversations with interesting people from across America. Herb and Corrie Thompson explore personal growth, purpose, and the experiences that shaped who their guests are: the wins, failures, wrong turns, hard lessons, and moments that changed everything. Some served in the military. Others built businesses, led organizations, or followed unconventional paths. Their title isn’t the story. The person is.
