The friendly ghost stops by for Rach's first(!) Halloween Summers Off spooktacular, Casper. Rach might be a little clammy this week, but it's not because she's scared. She gets to watch her crush slowly descend that staircase, take her hand to dance, and ask her, "Can I keep you?" This is a swoony, spooky episode. Rach displays all the butterflies and stirrings about one of her top crushes in Devon Sawa on air. Ty is obviously threatened and plans to put both Devon and this movie six feet under.
