About Kayelee: Kayelee is an astrologer, researcher, somatic educator, and homeschooling mom of seven — and the creator of Resonant Astrology, a completely reimagined astrological system built around feminine energy, shadow, and the reclamation of your full self. After nearly a decade of studying traditional and modern astrology, she kept hitting the same wall: the charts mapped masculine archetypes beautifully but seemed to speak around women rather than to them. What she found when she went looking was the Feminine Power Line — Black Moon Lilith and the Eve Point — a precise map of where a woman has cut off her power and where it's waiting to be reclaimed. The Feminine Alchemy Podcast is where she brings that work into the open, for women who are done being almost seen.

SummaryIn this episode of Feminine Alchemy, Jaye Anne Beringer, Kayelee Rose and Julie Dean Richards take the "witch wound" to a deeper level. They look at how historical suppression of women, from The Witch's Hammer to US laws on rape and consent, still shapes women's experience today. They cover freeze and fawn as nervous-system responses, why consent needs to be enthusiastic, and how to hold anger without dehumanizing others. They close with ways to turn rage into change: reconnecting with your body and finding your voice. The episode includes sensitive topics about sexual violence, and a part two is planned.Chapters00:00 Introduction to the episode and main themes02:01 Different things we are doing to create balance despite current affairs07:15 Why this episode goes deeper: violence against women today08:15 Understanding the witch wound09:35 How the witch wound manifests in modern society10:26 Unravling the history of the witch wound12:47 The disconnection of feminine and masculine energies14:07 Legal history and the legacy of witch hunts17:31 The impact of the witch wound on laws and societal beliefs18:42 Discussing rape culture and the systematic dismissal of women25:36 Understanding the role of trauma responses like fight, flight, freeze or fawn28:23 Understanding the nuance of trauma response between male and female reactions31:07 Personal stories of trauma and the importance of voice34:02 The role of education in understanding consent and trauma46:49 The need for ongoing conversation and healing50:50 The "perfect victim" and judging survivors53:58 The importance of safe spaces for emotional expression59:51 Using rage to heal: reconnecting with your body01:03:04 Closing thoughts and call to action for listenersLinksFree series on the Uncharted Substack,"The Descent: A Tender Reckoning" for somatic pratices and journaling prompts to support your Venus/Mercury Retrograde this fall: https://substack.com/@resonantastrology/posts Buy tickets and learn more about the 2026 Resonant Astrology Summit: https://payhip.com/ResonantAstrology/summit Early bird pricing through October 23rdFeminine Powe Line Self-Paced Course https://payhip.com/b/xn3CQTarot Pulse https://mytarotpulse.com/

SummaryAI is speeding up faster than our nervous systems can handle—and most people are responding by abandoning their bodies, their creativity, and their sense of self. In this episode, Julie Dean Richards sits down with human design embodiment coach and digital nomad Astrid Heystee to unpack a radically different approach: how to stay rooted, protect your humanity, and use AI without letting it use you. Astrid shares why burnout in the AI era is not just about workload, but about time, identity, and the way technology pulls you further into your mind while your body gets left behind. She breaks down the hidden cost of “AI magical time,” why productivity culture makes it dangerously easy to ignore basic needs, and how to recognize when speed is replacing presence. This episode is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed by AI, disconnected from their body, or unsure how to protect their voice in a rapidly changing world. If you want a grounded, practical, and deeply human perspective on technology, this episode will help you slow down, re-center, and trust yourself again.Astrid Heystee is a human design embodiment coach, Reiki practitioner, and digital nomad known for weaving together AI, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. She hosts the Stay Rooted podcast and helps people build a more conscious relationship with technology while staying connected to their own inner truth.Chapters00:00 Introduction to AI and Human Connection03:25 Navigating AI Burnout and Nervous System Regulation06:19 The Relationship with Time in the Age of AI11:27 Balancing Productivity and Personal Well-being14:41 Creating a Personal Connection with AI18:34 Protecting Creativity in an AI-Driven World21:15 Finding Balance Between AI and Authenticity24:47 Using Human Design to Enhance AI Collaboration32:40 Finding Balance in a Tech-Driven World35:02 Human Design and AI: Tailoring Tools for Individual Types39:27 Navigating Energetic Shifts and Human Design Transits43:09 Embracing Change: The New Paradigm Ahead49:23 The Magnificent Mirror: Cultivating Self-Love52:44 Practical Steps to Self-Love in the Age of AIShow Notes and Links:Astrid's IG: https://www.instagram.com/palmtree.moments/Podcast: https://pod.link/1690160875Website: https://www.palmtreemoments.com/ and https://www.astridheystee.com/Feminine Power Line Self-paced Course:https://payhip.com/b/xn3CQ
