Description

What happens when men stop pretending… and actually talk?

Balls On The Table is where real conversations about modern manhood finally get said out loud.

The pressures. The expectations. The stuff guys joke about but rarely admit actually affects them — relationships, sex, fatherhood, aging, insecurity, success, failure, and the quiet fears most men carry alone... and the stuff they enjoy the most and like the least.

Hosted from the regular guy’s point of view — we’re not therapists, not experts — just a couple guys willing to go first. This show brings honest, funny, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations with friends, strangers, and people who have lived it. Some episodes make you laugh. Some hit deeper than expected. All of them put the truth where it belongs: on the table.

This isn’t about complaining. It’s about understanding what men think they want, what they actually need, and what changes when they finally start talking about it. If you’re a man trying to grow, figure things out, or just hear someone say, “Yeah, me too,” this is your seat at the table. And if you’re trying to understand a man — you’ll want to listen. Because the strongest men aren’t just the ones who stay quiet. They’re the ones who have the guts to put their balls on the table.

Kicking off Season 3 is one of stand-up comedy’s most recognizable voices. Jeff Dye has spent years making people laugh by saying the things most people are thinking but are too afraid to say out loud. He pushes those thoughts so far that somewhere between the laugh and the discomfort, you start thinking about not just what’s hilarious, but what actually matters. On this episode of BALLS, this super talented storyteller gets real about relationships, failure, getting older, and the strange expectations that come with being a man. We talk about the difference between who you are, who people think you should be, and who you actually want to become. And then the conversation goes deeper. From his sobriety and what works for him, to the tragic loss of his sister, grief, and how losing someone can change the way you look at everything—including yourself, your relationships, and who shows up.Because underneath the comedy, the confidence, and the career, there’s a guy trying to make sense of the same things the rest of us are trying to figure out—how to live, love, evolve, and be honest with yourself along the way… Because being ourselves is really enough.Subscribe for all the content!Follow BALLS ON THE TABLE and Leave a rating/review - it genuinely helps the show grow.Socials:https://www.instagram.com/ballsonthetablepodcasthttps://www.tiktok.com/@ballsonthetablehttps://www.facebook.com/ballsonthetablehttps://www.ballsonthetable.comFind Jeff at https://www.instagram.com/jeffdye/?hl=enhttps://www.youtube.com/jeffdye Hosted on Acast.
