What would you say to your 25-year-old self?In this episode, we’re taking a trip back to a time when the dreams were big, the bank accounts were small, and somehow, we still believed we could make anything happen. We reflect on our entrepreneurial spirits, the crazy things we did to make money, the hustle mentality that pushed us forward, and the creativity it took to make ends meet while navigating college, life, and figuring out who we wanted to become. At 25, we didn’t have all the answers. We were experimenting, taking risks, chasing opportunities, and sometimes doing things that, looking back, make us say, “What were we thinking?” But underneath it all was an undeniable drive, a belief that if we worked hard enough, stayed resilient enough, and kept going, we could create the life we imagined. This conversation is about the struggles, the lessons, the ambition, and the beautiful naivety of believing the world was ours to figure out. Because sometimes, the person you were at 25, broke, ambitious, fearless, and willing to try almost anything had a little more wisdom than you realized. So, what would you tell your 25-year-old self?
We fought for the right to have careers, build businesses, be independent, and create lives beyond traditional gender roles. And we did it. But somewhere along the way, did “having it all” turn into doing it all?In this episode of Champagne Confidential, we’re talking about the changing roles of men and women and what happens when the expectations of the past collide with the realities of modern life. We dive into the invisible mental load, the responsibilities we still tend to divide into “masculine” and “feminine” roles, and what it looks like to redefine partnership when both people are working, parenting, managing a household, and trying to have a life of their own.We also take a deeper look at burnout and mental health, including the Lindsay Clancy case and the difficult conversation around postpartum mental health, the pressures of motherhood, and what can happen when serious mental-health struggles intersect with overwhelming expectations and caregiving. And then there’s the next generation. How are we navigating these changing roles with our kids? What are we teaching our sons and daughters about work, relationships, responsibility, independence, and what it means to be a man or a woman today?Because maybe the answer isn't going back to the old roles or expecting women to simply keep adding more to their plates. Maybe it's time to create something new. And, of course, we’ll raise a glass to the champagne problems that come with figuring it all out. 🥂

What if the life you want isn’t out of reach, you’re just not yet aligned with it?In this episode of Champagne Confidential, we’re getting real about manifestation, the Law of Attraction, and what it actually means to create the life you desire. We share our own personal journeys with manifesting, the moments when things seemed to fall into place, the times they absolutely didn’t, and everything we’ve learned along the way. We’re diving into the difference between luck and alignment, and why manifestation isn’t simply about thinking positively and waiting for things to happen. Your mindset matters, but so does taking action, trusting yourself, and being willing to move toward the things you say you want.We also talk about navigating hardships, setbacks, and seasons when life doesn’t go according to plan and how shifting your perspective can help you move through challenges without allowing them to define you.We explore the things that can quietly block our potential, limiting beliefs, fear, self-doubt, old patterns, and the stories we tell ourselves about what we’re capable of. Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and happiness isn’t the world around us, it’s what we haven’t yet let go of within ourselves. Pour yourself a glass of champagne and join us for an honest conversation about alignment, resilience, taking chances, doing the work, and becoming the person who is ready for the life they’ve been manifesting. 🥂✨Join us while we feature and sip on a new favorite, Bellissima, Sparkling Rose. Because maybe manifestation isn’t about getting lucky, maybe it’s about getting aligned.
What happened to being bored, figuring things out on our own, and simply being a kid? In this episode of Champagne Confidential, we’re taking a look at parenting then vs. parenting now and how much has changed. We’re talking about kids’ interests and hobbies, the importance of boredom, and the pressure to always be entertained, involved, and included. We dive into that familiar feeling of being left out and how it looks different for kids today than it did when we were growing up.From unstructured play and riding bikes around the neighborhood to packed schedules, social media, and the constant comparison kids face today, we’re exploring the challenges of raising confident, independent kids in a very different world. And, of course, we’re sipping on Daddy Cool Sparkling Rosé, a Long Island brand made for today’s social-media-driven wine culture. 🍾Grab a glass and join us for a candid conversation about what parenting used to look like, what it looks like now, and whether maybe a little more boredom isn’t such a bad thing after all.
