Description
The amount of things you know are vastly outnumbered by the amount things you don't know. Every week I sit down with experts across advanced engineering, medical science, AI, foreign policy, and everything in between. Not for casual conversation, but to walk away with a perspective that changes how you and I see the world. As the founder of Biggest Agency and the former Video Director for MrBeast, I've spent my career behind the scenes of the most-watched content on the planet. Now, for the first time, I'm stepping in front of the camera. This is Forged.

You know what you need to do, and you still can't make yourself start. Jheri South says that isn't a focus problem, and that most of what people hear about ADHD is missing the real cause. Jheri is a Certified ADHD Coach and a mother of seven neurodivergent kids, and she was diagnosed with ADHD herself as an adult. Her clients range from 18 to 82, and her WIRED framework builds on the work of ADHD psychiatrist Dr. William Dodson, whom she interviewed. She's also the person who finally made ADHD click for me.We got into why she says 90% of ADHD is emotional dysregulation hiding underneath the focus problems everyone talks about. She broke down her WIRED acronym for how ADHD brains actually engage, why you side quest instead of doing the one thing, and what employers actually need to understand about neurodivergent talent. We talked about autism on the spectrum, phones as hyper fixation, the dopamine crash cycle, and why understanding your diagnosis is not the same as using it as a crutch. If you have ever stared at a task you know you need to do and physically could not start, this one is for you.Chapters: (00:00) Introduction(04:15) Why Everyone Self-Diagnoses Now(06:05) The DSM Is Built for Boys(11:01) Focus Follows Feelings(22:02) Why Hacks Stop Working(32:07) Using the WIRED Acronym(43:19) Autism and the Spectrum(59:10) Hiring and Managing ADHD Talent(01:17:43) What Your Phone Is Doing to You(01:21:07) Rebuilding Your Attention Span(01:24:39) ADHD and AddictionThe best conversations start with the best guests. Food addiction hits the same part of your brain as cocaine, and according to Aaron Williamson, that's no accident. The Marine veteran and celebrity trainer to The Rock and Zac Efron believes craving is the business model, and that the food system is built to keep you hooked, inflamed and unable to think clearly. Aaron went from a broke kid with no direction to a Marine Body Bearer at Arlington National Cemetery to training some of the biggest names in Hollywood, and now he's building Mission Ready to help people break the cycle.Brady and Aaron dig into the link between Big Tobacco and the food industry after Philip Morris bought Kraft in 1988, why everyone has a trigger food, and the one first step Aaron gives anyone trying to get free: eat single ingredient foods. They also cover how inflammation wrecks your sleep and your thinking, what boot camp at Parris Island taught him about handling chaos, and why discipline comes down to doing hard things. Then Aaron opens up about being homeless, never having a successful relationship, and the ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT experiences where he felt himself die and came back with complete forgiveness for everything.Chapters:(00:00) Introduction(06:18) What It Feels Like to Bear the Dead(09:24) Why a Young Man Should Enlist(17:43) Day One on the Yellow Footprints(24:07) Why This Generation Will Not Serve(37:43) Discipline Is Just Doing Hard Things(48:35) Your Craving Is the Business Model(55:26) Philip Morris Bought Kraft in 1988(01:00:14) Building Mission Ready(01:11:22) Sleep Is How You Actually Grow(01:27:43) What Does It Mean to Be a Man(01:34:10) Finding Faith After HollywoodThe best conversations start with the best guests. Gen Z was never meant to think. The school system was designed for factory workers, and Remy Davenport has the data to prove creativity gets trained out of nearly all of us by adulthood. Remy is the founder of Kings Media, has generated over 700 million views for founders, and is building one of the most exciting companies in short-form content at 27 years old, with two kids and a third on the way.We get into his law of dilution, the idea that every layer of summary between you and an original source strips your retained knowledge down to roughly 1 percent of what actually matters, why AI-dependent writers in one study could not name a single sentence they had written, and why having kids when you are broke might be the best business decision you will ever make. This one is for anyone who senses something is off about how they consume information but has not been able to name it yet.Chapters: (00:00) Introduction(04:04) The Train Is Coming Whether You Like It(07:02) Why Gen Z Has Nothing to Fight For(15:04) Using Claude to Not Get Screwed on Deals (27:42) The Study That Proved AI Makes You Dumber(39:15) The Law of Dilution(44:30) School Killed Your Creative Genius(54:20) Follow Your Passion Is a Trap(01:04:30) The Fork in the Road Nobody Wants to Talk About(01:11:37) What Having Kids Actually Does to You(01:15:17) Parkinson's Law and the Multi Million Dollar CompanyThe best conversations start with the best guests. I won a fully furnished house on a MrBeast video two days after William Lam asked me one question on the phone. Everyone wants to call this manifestation, but it is not. It is applied neuroscience, mind training, and belief reprogramming, and William is the one who taught me the actual mechanics behind why it worked. William Lam is the founder of UPGRD and trains billionaires, NFL athletes, and high performers to rewire how they think using remote viewing, subconscious reprogramming, and applied neuroscience instead of vague manifestation talk.We talk about why Your brain cannot process the word don't, which means the language you use every day is either building your reality or working against it without you knowing. William also walks me through remote viewing, the real, declassified Stargate Project skill the CIA and Stanford Research Institute studied for decades, and I tell the story of using it from an Austrian steakhouse to find my lost cat back in Utah. We end up somewhere completely different talking about what quantum computing and AI mean for the next stage of human potential. If you feel like you are grinding hard but not getting clear results, this conversation is going to rearrange how you think about why.Chapters: (00:00) Introduction(04:09) How I Won a House From One Question(08:59) The Three Types of Data Your Mind Receives(17:38) Why Billionaires Train With William(24:16) Input Must Justify the Output(30:24) How Clarity Replaces Grinding (37:15) The Poster Card That Poisoned a Family(44:24) Why the Word Don't Installs What You Fear(56:48) Remote Viewing Is a Skill Everyone Has(01:05:27) Finding My Cat From an Austrian Steakhouse(01:16:42) Inside the Real Stargate Program(01:25:42) What If There Is No One Outside(01:33:30) Design Your Life Like a SandboxThe best conversations start with the best guests. New AI jailbreak methods are stripping safety guardrails, handing nation-state cyberattack tools to anyone with an internet connection. This conversation with Alex Smith exposes the bleak reality of how easily ai jailbreak techniques can bypass modern security. We analyze the catastrophic failure of current protocols, focusing on the dangerous rise of obliterating open source ai models that remove 95 percent of safety constraints. If you care about digital infrastructure, you need to understand why these vulnerabilities make mass-scale ai hacking an inevitability rather than a possibility.Chapters:(00:00) Introduction(03:51) Alibaba's AI Delivery Riot(06:17) Why People Actually Hate AI(09:13) The Fortune 50 Company That Wasted $500M(12:04) How AI Actually Thinks(18:07) Will OpenAI Go Bankrupt?(24:13) Nothing on the Internet Is Safe(30:14) Software Rules Everything(34:00) The Cyber Pandemic Prediction(37:47) Building the Burner Phone of AI(49:15) The War Between Open Source and Control(57:49) The Paperclip Maximizer(01:03:22) Are There Any Good Guys in AI?(01:12:16) The Surveillance Mesh in Your Living RoomIf you want to work with the team behind my show, book a call: https://calendly.com/brady-edwards/discoveryConnect with Brady EdwardsInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/forgedpodTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@forgedpodFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/forgedpodConnect with Alex Smith: Website: https://myinstantai.comYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@superconfident-ai Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/superconfidentaiFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/superconfidentaiTikTok: tiktok.com/superconfidentai
