Claire and Producer Caroline are back from another incredible trip to the Himalayas with many stories to share. Their Indian adventure began in New Delhi before landing in glorious Dharamashala, home of the 14th Dalai Lama and the seat of the Tibetan government-in-exile. From there, they travelled to Lake Parashar, sitting at 2730 metres above sea level and Devprayag, the sacred confluence of two major rivers; the Alaknanda and the Bhagirathi. From this precise meeting point onward, the merged river is officially known as the Ganga (Ganges). Both Claire and Caroline had major realisations about the way they were living and talk about the changes they are making to live happier lives. Caroline received a healing on a bus and Claire received signs from her loved one in spirit. They found inner peace at higher peaks and you can too! Claire and Producer Caroline reflect on their dating workshop and what they took away. Claire meets a glimmer man in South West London, while Caroline has booked to see one of the world's best astrologers in Co. Wicklow.  Pelvic Physiotherapist, Lizzie McEneaney, has a wealth of knowledge on issues that many women suffer from but may be afraid to speak about. From pregnancy and birth recovery to incontinence and sexual health, from trauma to athletic performance, her job is to restore function where it matters most, at the core of how someone moves, feels, and lives in their body. Lizzie ensures that she creates safe spaces where patients can speak freely, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim control. But beyond treatment plans and techniques, her main goal is female empowerment. She educates, validates, and challenges outdated narratives around pain and shame. Lizzie helps people return to sport, intimacy, work and daily life with strength and self-trust.For an appointment: 📸 Lizzie's Instagram💩 Bathroom Stool🧘‍♀️ High Potency Magnesium💆‍♀️ Long Hot Water Bottle 🎧 The Messy Middle Episode📚 The Power of Hope✨ Astrologer Andrew Smith  🌿 Christine McGuinness Episode ☘️ Women's Irish Network Event  Join Claire at this Creative Writing evening on October 20th in London led by Author Kit De WaalGET IN TOUCH WITH THE PODCAST:💬 Send a WhatsApp voice note: https://wa.me/353851401432📧 Email: [email protected]📸 Instagram: @clairesolanThe CSP is produced by Caroline IrwinThis podcast is brought to you in partnership with one of our favourite Irish brands Sisterly; the multi-award winning multivitamin made by women, for women.
