Description

Before the business.
Before the bestseller.
Before the career change.
Before the leap....

There's an invisible journey almost no one talks about.

The fear.
The uncertainty.
The inner work.
The mornings you questioned yourself.
The choice to keep going when there was no evidence it would work.

You Go First is a podcast about the inner journey behind the outer success.

Each episode explores the problem that started it all, what changed inside before anything changed outside, the courage to take the first step, and how that journey became a business, mission, book, or movement that's now helping others.

Every breakthrough begins with an unseen decision.

Someone has to go first.

Ashley didn't set out to reinvent her life. She was raising five kids, living in the home she thought she had always wanted, and doing what she had planned to do. But sometimes the life you build changes before you're ready. And sometimes the thing that feels like disruption becomes the beginning of something you never would have chosen on your own. Ashley shares what it looked like to step into real estate, build something from the ground up, and learn to trust herself in seasons where the next move wasn't obvious. What happens when the rug gets pulled, and you realize you're still standing.   You can find Ashley: @ashley_sells_sanclemente   Host: Sierra Isaac
Davis Vaughn made his first million young. But the more interesting part is everything that went wrong on the way there. Bad bets. Products that failed. Money lost. Ideas that made no sense until they did. And a willingness to move before he had proof it would work. In this episode, we talk about what happens when you become more comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and figuring it out as you go. Davis has a very different relationship with failure than most people. And it might make you question how much certainty you actually need before you begin. In this first solo episode of You Go First, I take a deeper look at some of the lessons inside my conversation with publisher Adrienne Quintana, and what it reveals about going first in our own lives. We often see the finished product: the business, the book, the move, the relationship, the success. What we don't see is the uncertainty, fear, messiness, and discomfort someone had to move through to get there. I'll explore what it means to give yourself permission to be a beginner, stop waiting until you feel completely ready, and keep moving when part of you wants to retreat. You'll hear about learning to trust yourself, taking back the authority you've handed to other people, allowing the first version to be imperfect, and why confidence isn't something you're given, it's something you build. The question is: Can you tolerate being a begginner? If this brought something up for you and you're ready to do this work in your own life, I'd love to work with you.  You can find me on Instagram @iamsieisaac or learn more about coaching at: sierraisaac.com ______________ @you.go.first.podcast @people.finding.god
I sit down with Adrienne to talk about her journey from stay-at-home mom to auther to publisher, and the highs, lows and unexpected turns along the way. We talk about what it takes to trust yourself enough to begin again, follow what's calling you, and build something you never could have imagined from where you started. If you've ever wondered, Is it too late to start something new, this episode is for you.   Here's how to connect with Adrienne: Pinkumbrellapublishing.com adriennequintana.com @pinkumbrellabooks
Sometimes life falls apart before it comes together. In this first episode of You Go First, I share a little of my own story and why I believe our greatest breakthroughs don't begin by changing our circumstances, they begin by changing what happens inside us. We'll talk about grief, healing, fear and what it looks like to begin creating again after life doesn't go the way you thought it would. And how that journey ultimately led me to coaching, where I now help women understand what's happening beneath the surface, move through the fear and patterns keeping them stuck, and build the inner security to trust themselves and move forward in their own lives.                         Music from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!):   https://uppbeat.io/t/all-good-folks/shake-it-up   License code: WKK0RU26VWEWKLNK
