Now this one Iβve had sitting in drafts for nearly a year! However, I couldnβt leave it gathering dust for a day longer, even if it is quite short and sweet (you can tell Iβm out of practice). Anyway, weβre onto day 43 of raise your Vibrations and we are concentrating on our breathing.
