Misc Happenings And Goings On

Since this morning, I’ve been having issues with Microsoft outlook freezing up when I enter a folder. In fact after I got done recording this episode, outlook is still frozen. The weird thing is, I can actually shut down the computer with keyboard shortcuts but I get no speech. Here are the steps I’ve tried which I didn’t list in the recording.
