muslim here. i like the rabbi podcast becuz he gives good practical advice needed to live holy moral lives. we worship the same god n wish to live life of peace n love n cooperate together in bringing good to society.
Not everyone in the United States are fat. That is like saying all Rabbi's everywhere are fat. It is wrong to assume something about an entire country on the projection of only those who are overweight. Yes, in all societies, there are overweight people. But assuming everyone in the entire nation is the same is not nice. Some people may have health issues that cause an over weight tendency. I have that type of medical problem and I am not depressed, or eat because I have nothing better to do. My medications are not working and I feel somewhat frustrated to hear someone in your position categorize an entire nation in such a way that gets your point across to those you are teaching. I am trying to convert, but when I hear this type of thing I begin to have doubts. Instead of finding faults with others, why cannot we all find the good in others instead? Can't we catch more flies with honey? Please don't take my message as hate, because that was not my intention. Shalom and peace be with y
