WEDNESDAY BREAKFAST 29TH OCTOBER
We all love a good shortcut, but a new study from dental hygiene brand Tee-Pee has revealed that many of us might be cutting a few too many corners when it comes to daily habits, including our personal care routines.
Shockingly, personal hygiene is falling victim to our laziness with nearly a quarter of people admitting they only brush their teeth once a day 18% of people say they even end up arguing with their partner when they skimp on basic self-care routines such as brushing their teeth properly
Dr Venetia Leonidaki, clinical psychologist, joined me to break down why we cut corners on basic tasks, and how we can become more productive.
