Usually, people use the term 'spirit' to refer to something greater than themselves. In ways, I do too. My parents, on the other hand, thought it made an exceptional name. So here we are. I'm Spirit and welcome to the inside of my mind. This is a space to think outside of the box simply because that's where I feel most myself. The topics I discuss here may be uncomfortable for some but right at home others. I've come here to explore ideas freely and ultimately dish out my own personal take on themes all the way from the trendy side of the ego to the taboo side of the soul.

This episode is basically a trauma dump of the past eighteen years of my life. Seriously though, being too compassionate is dangerous, while falling into the trap of a people pleaser is equally as dangerous. I AM NOT A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. I need one. The moral of the story is if you're a serial people pleaser; you need a hobby. On the other side of the coin is you keep getting hurt cause 'your heart is just THAT big.' You need some boundaries. Collectively we all need therapy, kisses.
