This is a recording of our online live Bible Study Series: Prayer - it's not just for breakfast. Aired on June 19, 2023. The Study Guide and more materials can be found at GRJBMinistries.com God's word is truth and THE standard. David knew that. David knows God's promises, His covenant, is based on God's sovereignty — not David's actions!! The same principle applies to us…we can rest in the God of David…He's the very same God to us. Therefore, DO NOT WORRY, INSTEAD — PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING

Saul is the picture of what fear does to us — whether it be fear of man, rejection, self or failure. As a believer, I have 2 choices — faith in God and His eternal word or embrace the fear the enemy uses against me. God's word says: For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV) And according to God's word, fear ain't from Him.   Video available on Youtube
In this episode, Callie and her mom Gina discuss their first Bible study session of Fall 2025 titled 'Don't Waste Today, Being Scared of Tomorrow.' They delve into Genesis 3, exploring the origin of fear and how it relates to faith in God. Come along as these 2 discuss Adam and Eve's relationship before they ate the fruit and how doubting God's truth impacted their fateful decision.
This fall, our series is titled "Don't waste today being scared of tomorrow." In preparation for this series, I looked up the word "fear" in the Bible. According to Scripture, here are things humans fear: man and his insults, being honest with God, enemies, world events and critical situations. For the next few weeks, we are going to take those fears and put them against God's truth. Hopefully, we will tear down the stronghold of fear.   Recorded live on Facebook at GRJB Ministries The study guide for this lesson is available at GRJBMinistries.com
An epic road trip to the Grand Canyon becomes the backdrop for mom and me as we introduce our upcoming Bible Study series on fear. We'll explore how fear shows up in our lives, what Scripture says about it and God's invitation to walk with Him instead of standing on the edge of fear. Enjoy our vacation antics out West, find encouragement, and be challenged to face God's truth on this episode!

In this episode, we stand with Joshua at the close of a remarkable chapter in Israel's history. After years of battles, miracles, and divine guidance, the Promised Land is finally at rest. But before his final breath, Joshua gathers the leaders and people for one last plea: Choose this day whom you will serve. We unpack: What true service to God looks like How God's faithfulness sustains us in every season The danger of drifting in times of comfort What it means to throw away our modern-day idols Why fearing, obeying, and loving God isn't just for the Israelites — it's for us, now. Join us for a bold and heartfelt look at legacy, obedience, and unwavering devotion — and discover how you can set your own "Ebenezer" stone.   Study Guide availabe at GRJBMinistries.com
We kick things off with some fun real-life chatter — from candle favorites to everyday moments — before diving into the story of Joshua and the Israelites stepping into the Promised Land. This episode unpacks what it really means to obey God, even when His ways don't make sense to us. We talk through the shift from the Mosaic covenant to the new covenant through Jesus, and why God's laws still matter today. It's a heart-level look at worship, obedience, grace, and how choosing to follow the Lord is still the most important decision we can make. Stick around 'til the end for a sneak peek at next week's episode on Joshua's final words to Israel.
In this week's episode, we talk about the story of Jacob—and not just the flannelgraph version. Jacob dreamed about a heavenly ladder, wrestled with God and ended up with a life long limp. His story rich in symbolism… and sometimes that's hard to wrap your head around. Callie opens up with her own struggles to understand the deeper meanings in Scripture. Gina shares how God's invites us to explore His Word—not just for head knowledge, but for heart transformation. Together, they tackle how to interpret the symbolism of the Bible and what it means for our everyday walk. It's a conversation that's real, honest and full of grace and one you don't wanna miss!
