Connections we have with other forms of creation and life, through which yet undiscovered colors are discovered. Colors. Parts of us- that want to be seen, touched, heard, expressed, shared and circulated freely. Sometimes it is exactly through connections with people and stories, through connections with emotion and motion, that colors previously unknown to us are discovered for the first time. We can feel them. Once discovered, they fill us with purity, they build bridges to our essence. Invitation to dive deep and discover undiscovered colors. To meet them. To allow them to be a part of us.
What message do you need to hear today? We are seeking them. But sometimes they just won’t arrive. The funny thing is, though, we already know what we are seeking for. The message is there, within us. But expressing them may come along with many costs. There is the fear of not being understood. And maybe that fear is so strong, that we start to self-sabotage.We are exploring the act of self-honoring, not necessarily to always make an impact, but to simply show up for ourselves. Acknowledging all pieces of identities, knowledge, needs, and messages we carry within us. Giving them permission to be expressed freely, will ultimately transcend internal borders.Invitation to dip our tiny tip-toe into the cold water and share the message we need to hear. Especially then, when seemingly no one thinks, feels, and sees the way we do. 'Cause maybe it takes exactly someone who honors their light, shares it, and soon ignites the fire in many others. And that someone is you.
Values, so often personal in nature are being put into boxes. Meaning boxes. And somehow we assume these boxes cannot be questioned, shifted, or filled with our own color. We will explore the impact of meaning-making, particularly the replication of meaning-making, and move towards the question of how we can practice to critically view our own adopted meanings and find clarity and orientation about what exactly we stand for. In our own terms.Inspired by BEYOND THE SELF WITH AFRICA BROOKE- Do you know what you stand for? -https://open.spotify.com/episode/2nCMKD4NetsVFbyzrOxeiZ?si=67a8fd73f0b44e27
