The Preserving Your Bloom podcast centers on finding the wisdom to use our own personal talents and resources to be the best we can be. We can find the time to take a cooking lesson and stick to an exercise routine. We can overcome feeling irrelevant and unimportant in our adult children’s lives. Preserving Your Bloom focuses on six areas of enhancement: self-care, leisure, relationships, communication, growth and spirituality. But we add an intriguing twist: we even talk about what you don’t talk about with your best friends. You know, those sticky topics that embarrass you or shame you or mystify you. We talk about all the myriad of things that intrusively pop into your brain gnawing away at your happiness and peace of mind. And through our conversations with our guests – experts and non-experts - we begin to find the answers to the quality of life we seek.
The Preserving Your Bloom podcast is hosted by Iris Ruth Pastor – author, blogger, speaker.
